Hi, my workflow would be such that flask-assets would detect any changes in my less files and automatically restart the flask server and rebuild the assets. Relatively easy frontend development.
I loaded up an older project and reinstalled dependencies to current versions and noticed this funtionaliy changing. While the static files do update on a restart of the development server, the server does not detect changes to less file. Any suggestions on what would be causing this? Running flask 3.1 and flask assets 2.1

TL;DR: Ik heb een elektricien ingehuurd om een stekker voor mijn inductieoven te installeren. Hij rekende me een onverwacht hoog bedrag, en de inductieplaat werkt nog steeds niet. Het bedrijf reageert niet meer op mijn berichten en telefoontjes voor garantie of een oplossing. Welke juridische stappen kan ik nemen?

Volledige post: Ik heb een elektricien ingehuurd om een stekker voor mijn inductieoven te installeren. Mijn woning had al een Perilex stopcontact en ik bezat de juiste perilexstekker voor mijn oven. Toen ik telefonisch contact had met de elektricien om een afspraak te maken vroeg ik wat de kosten zouden zijn. Er werd verteld dat het lastig te schatten was, maar de medewerker noemde dat ze ongeveer de gemiddelde kosten hanteren die je online tegenkomt. Bij een google zoekopdracht zag ik dat het ergens tussen de ā¬80-ā¬120 zou kosten.
's Avonds kwam de elektricien en werkte een uur aan de installatie van de stekker. Tot mijn verrassing moest ik vervolgens ā¬557 afrekenen, en dit verklaarde de elektricien met een som van o.a. ā¬75 voorrijkosten, uurtarief van ā¬80, ā¬100 voor spoedservice, ā¬80 voor het aansluiten van de Perilex stekker, etc. Ik heb hier geen factuur van gekregen. Op het moment zelf schrok ik van het hoge bedrag (vergeleken met wat eerder genoemd was) maar vond het OK zolang alles zou werken. Het lampje van de oven ging aan, dus ik ging ervan uit dat dat het geval was.
Toen de elektricien eenmaal vertrokken was, merkte ik dat de inductieplaat niet werkte. Na wat googelen ontdekte ik dat er binnenin de oven nog 5 draden aangepast moesten worden voor de 2-fase aansluiting, iets dat ik de elektricien ook had laten zien. Ik stuurde hem een appje wat hij te zien aan de blauwe vinkjes meteen las, maar vervolgens blokkeerde hij mijn nummer (geen appjes kwamen meer binnen en ik kon ook niet bellen).
De volgende dag belde ik het bedrijf zelf. Ze boden aan om kosteloos een garantiebeurt te regelen, en een elektricien zou contact met me opnemen. Ik werd gebeld waarna de elektricien eerst mijn verhaal wilde horen, en hij weigerde vervolgens het werk te doen omdat het om garantie ging en hij daar als ZZP'er niets aan zou verdienen.
Opnieuw belde ik met het bedrijf en ze beloofden dat er op maandag iemand zou langskomen, samen met een appje ter bevestiging. Dat gebeurde niet, ook ontving ik geen communicatie per app. Toen ik twee dagen daarna weer contact opnam met het bedrijf, zei de contactpersoon āwacht even, ik zet iemand in de wachtā waarna ik zelf in de wacht kwam te staan, en na 5 minuten werd de verbinding verbroken. Ik belde nog 7 keer en kreeg steeds de automatische melding dat de persoon niet beschikbaar was en voicemail had uitgeschakeld.
Samenvattend betaalde ik een onverwacht hoog bedrag voor onafgemaakt werk en nu reageren noch de elektricien noch het bedrijf op mijn pogingen tot contact. Wat kan ik juridisch doen om dit op te lossen? Ik waardeer jullie advies!

Has anyone experienced this? I got the Snowy Egret Trinket, and now my horse is running ouf to stamina all the time, where as before with the Nacogdoches Saddle and the Hooded Stirrup I never worried about my horses stamina, I could run all day. But now with the trinket, it's like I don't have either the saddle or stirrup. Also, if I look at my Horses details, it shows my trinket equipped, but for my saddle and stirrups, it shows nothing.

Prospect capital's share price took a big hit last month and it was due to an audio forcing them to take a loss on investments that will bring in revenue soon. This dividend stock is way undervalued. And the insider buying lately backs up that thesis.
The CEO has purchased nearly 4.2 million shares or over $20 million! he takes 0 Salary! The President has a salary of 175K and has purchase about that in shares! Every day this week I get SEC filings saying they are buying more. See for yourself:

Yesterday somebody I follow took a call from the company and told us this:
"The Chief Credit Officer at PSEC called me about 11am yesterday. Steven Stone. I was surprised it was from a cell phone. We spoke in February for about 50 mins as well. I have actually met the CEO 3x, last about 13 years ago at an annual shareholders meeting. I first attended in my 20s, was in the city. 1 thing you should know about PSEC is that it is a super defensive stock. The idea is, it is supposed to stay level, about 6, and supposed to give you near 12% in dividends, while having a steady priceā¦ We can see that has happened in this market, but that is the idea. It is always good to diversifyā¦ I had called and thought the drop off was do to their main REIT business. That business has about 70 multi family properties. Some with 100s of units. Those properties are not prime areas, they are 2nd/3rd tier.. They cash flow well, but on paper, they can depreciate, the asset value, prime can depreciate a lot! So this quarter the value of the REITS were written down much harder than the past, this is determined by their auditorā¦ Every quarter there 117 investments must be appraisedā¦. The loss and bad quarter is on 3 companies. 1 of which they finally did take a write off of near 120 million! PGX a credit repair service. The original owners took out nearly 200 million loan. When they could no longer pay the loan back, as the Govt fined and halted the business, they could not pay itā¦ So PSEC took it over. It has a lot of upside, the margins there are high. We had spoke about this in February and had hoped that the service would be up and running. But it is still shut down, so the auditor forced them to take the lossā¦ This is on paper! They didnāt lose the cash, the cash was loaned out. Hence the EPS will look bad.. They did earn less income because the other 2 of 3 that messed this quarter up, are failing. PSEC suspended interest payments on these 2. 1 of these holds a 180 million loan. PSEC cut the dividend and has chosen to take over these 2 businesses for a turn around. When turned they may sell the business and reap rewards.. Personally, hearing about these other 2, EH! But the credit repair is a cash cow."
I have 2000 shares in my Roth and in my trading account. Not financial advice but worth a look.

I tried Pro for a week, mostly to try out the TTS.
I like the quality overall and pace, the audio is easy to follow, BUT there's one big problem: paragraph breaks are ignored. The audio continues instantly between the end of a paragraph and the beginning of a new one. This makes it hard to follow.
It seems a strange bug, making TTS unusable.
Does anybody use TTS?
