I'm an absolute amateur. I've been teaching myself screenwriting the past couple years with the ultimate goal of pitching an epic fantasy animated series, the pilot of which I am incessantly tinkering with.
In the meantime, I would like to hone my skills with other projects and hopefully get constructive criticism. I think it'd be fun to collaborate with someone on developing a world and craft a story, whether it's for YouTube or the big screen. I'm mostly looking for other screenwriters, but would be intrigued to work in other mediums like comics or gaming. I'd love to find other folk who are focused on fantasy, sci-fi, or historical fiction. Got a few ideas I'm looking to tinker with.

Work has been cutting hours lately and I've had a few hours extra a week to play. I decided to use the time to play an alt, I just had to pick which one. In MOP remix I leveled every class 1-3 times with different races just so I wouldn't have to level them when tww came out. Well, long story short I just leveled another character because I had 3 horde races leveled and I wanted to play some alliance this go round. SMH
Anyone else spend time leveling characters in MOP remix just to turn around and level the same spec again just to change the race/faction

2024.11.27 20:30 Existing-Counter3377 No period after D&C
Hello, I had a D&C on the 31st of October, went back to my doctor today (4weeks after the surgery) for a check up, fortunately all good :) but my endometrium is only 2mm and no dominant follicle, so no period anytime soon....The doc told me to go back in 3weeks if my period doesnt start until then and he will induce it with medicine. My questions are: 1. Has anyone had similar case (2mm endometrium+no follicle)? If so, when did your period start? 2. Frankly speaking I do not want to wait 3 more weeks to go back to the doctor + wait again 2-3 weeks for the effect of meds, so shall I just send a mail to him to prescribe the meds and start it immediately (not to loose time)? 3. Or just wait that everything will happen naturally....? Thank you in advance :)

I have been following this company for years, it’s a tech stock Victory square technologies (VST) based out of Vancouver, BC Canada seems primed to go on a run. Based on previous history of it shooting up rapidly, looks like they got some good companies under their belt specifically NURS (hydreight technologies). They do have some debt but it seems like they’re managing it and this company is growing very rapidly and VST owns 60% of NURS. Fundamentally this company seems like they got their ducks in a row. Anyone know anything about this company? I currently have 100000 shares.

2024.11.27 20:30 shakybrake Those of you with Robbins tops who have reapplied adhesive to the rear window, did you remove the old adhesive from the top itself?
 | I got 98% of the adhesive off of the glass on both sides, but the adhesive on the top is ridiculously hard to peel or scrape off and I'm worried that I'm gonna accidentally puncture or rip the top trying to remove it. Should I just leave it or try hitting it with the heat gun and more scraping? One step closer to having a fully functional convertible top again! I am interested in buying a small business and am in the research phase. I've read some of the usually recommended material (HBR Guide, Buy Then Build, etc...), but I still have one question that I could use others' take on.
What is a normal range of ownership that I should anticipate being able to negotiate for myself vs a passive investor or investors, assuming I supply half the up front cash for the purchase?
Let's use an example of buying a business for $5,000,000 using:
- $500K of my own money
- $500K from a passive investor
- $500K seller financing
- $3.5M SBA loan
Has anyone done a deal like this where they can provide an example ownership split?

2024.11.27 20:30 Little_Desk5145 AITAH for the way I treated the man who was there for me during my divorce?
I was in a very unhappy marriage with a husband who lacked motivation (no job, played games all the time, no ambition). I had an affair with a (single) man during my marriage due to the issues I was having at home. I confided in my husband about it and I stopped talking to the other man and focused on the marriage. Two years later, my husband started getting involved in prostitution, escorts etc. and also had an affair of his own. I pleaded and tried to make it work but it didn’t and we decided to divorce.
During the separation and divorce process I reached out to my original affair partner and he provided me a lot of emotional support, and we also went on dates and were physical. He loved me a lot. We discussed plans/dreams for him to move to my home town and dreamed about a future together even though I did say sometimes that I might need time alone after the divorce and maybe want to be alone too.
When the divorce was final I ended up telling affair partner that I wanted to be alone and that dating apps may be a possibility. He was upset about that but we ended things. I got on the dating apps and he said he saw me on there (I think he was looking for me) and got super upset that I went to dating apps so quickly after ending things with him and I was looking for “something serious” as it said on my profile. He said he loved me and wanted it to be our time. Basically he went emotionally crazy for a couple months of texting me what he was feeling (maybe a couple dozen texts in two months) while I just ghosted him.
He eventually stopped talking to me, seems like he’s moving forward. He told me he loves me and that is why it hurts so bad in those texts he sent me awhile back. Its been two years since then, should I unblock him now?
