Sorry if this is too weird, but I’m trying to find someone I saw at Café Nero in St. Stephen’s today (Wednesday, 27th) around 4-5 PM.
We kept looking at each other, and I felt like there might have been mutual interest. She was wearing glasses and using white cabled earphones. I didn’t want to disturb her, but I really regret not going over to talk to her. I was sitting by the window with a friend and she was alone.

I’m not saying Samsung is way better or anything, I just like it more personally for how it looks (s series) and its battery life plus screen & camera. I get people that like iPhone, you do you, but she’s out here telling me apple iPhones are so much prettier and the Samsung screen on mine is uneven (she was talking about bezels, I have a33, gonna replace it soon) and I told her I don’t have a flagship which is why. then she says ‘I don’t care’ when her stupid iPhone 12 pro literally has a fat rectangle on the top of it. I tell her this and she keeps trying to reason with me, and her phone is more expensive then mine obv, so I proceed to tell her about how my battery life lasts twice as long as hers for like half the price and this stupid girl won’t shut up about how price doesn’t matter like istg her brain was swapped out for a grape over the summer holidays.

My bad, I kinda took a break from reddit all together. If this place ever picks up again I'm going to crack down on the spoiler images rule and the add image description rule more. I've been using bluesky which is nice because you have the option to enable not being able to post without adding alt text so let's just say I've gotten waaay better at my alt text descriptions haha.

Im looking for a saddle as my current one has been making biking miserable for me. My current seat used to be comfy but Ive been doing longer (1hr) journeys to work and it feels like its destryoing my sit bones. My bike is more of a mtb but my 8mile journey to work is on the road and very hilly. Any reccommendations for £60 or under? Or could this be fixed by changing my seat position because its only uphill its really hurting?

Our mortgage renewal is matures in April 2025. Our current bank RBC is already contact us prior to renewal of mortgage to get access our home equity and not yet made appointment with them but before that we already phone Cambrian Credit Union about mortgage transfer and refinancing and they advise by January to start the application of Mortgage Transfer.
We're looking to consolidate our debt to pay it off all by refinancing but I search about this cash out refinance too. I mean is this best idea to just cash out refinance and you pay off that cash to our debt.
What other to consider if I cash out refinancing?
I am good with the RBC and never had problem with them, it is easy to talk with them, but just thinking to move our mortgage to save money. In Cambrian we have apply loan with them last year and they approve us but after one year when the time I contact them about mortgage transfer and refinance they suddenly knew that there head office taking wrong amount so then they bit increase the monthly and no explanation why that is it happen and they ask me to sign it again the documents of loan, So I mean I am bit doubt if I need to trust with them now if I transfer my mortgage with them for what happen that loan.
Also one question too, if the banks check the home appraisal value is it same or they have different estimate.

Wondering if anyone can help me interpret results please. I had my 6 month follow-up and got results (which are super positive) but say “high risk HPV not detected, no cytology”.
I read that as there is evidence of HPV, but not high risk (so assuming I must have had a mix of low risk and high risk to get diagnosed).
I also don’t know if “no cytology” means not tested for cell changed because no HPV, or no cell changes? There was no further context. Seems strange they wouldn’t test for cell changes given I was diagnosed previously with SCC.
