So 19 lbs brisket trimmed to about 16 lbs . Dry brine last night at 1 am . I'm putting it on today at 4 pm .
Thanksgiving dinner is at 2 pm tomorrow .
I'm starting it at 180 F for the first 4 hours .
Wrapping it then turning it up to 200F for the next 12 hours(8 pm to 8am) .
Then 225 F for the last 4 hours(8am to 12pm) let it rest for 2 hours and cutting it at 2 pm tomorrow .
any temp or time changes would be appreciated ..

What is the point of Amazon making it so we cant even turn off the language filter if when you drop the F bomb in chat, you get banned anyways. I swear the game is actually a good game but Amazon's moderation is actually killing it. Whilst I understand that sometimes some things may be said that may cross a line and deserve a ban. To ban someone for saying fuck. is absolutely stifling... Can we please make the internet great again and stop with the worrying about peoples feelings when someone isnt even directly talking to them. Amazon your an American company, you of all people should be a proponent for freedom of speech, granted its not including racism, bigotism or direct bullying. i volunteer at a zoo. it is a requirement of my animal science course as work experience. due to my health i have missed enough shifts over the past 6 months that i had to do 3 shifts this week (usually i do 1) as my course is finishing and it is my last week to get my hours. i just caught a nasty cold but i literally could not afford to let it interfere with getting these last 3 shifts done so i bit the bullet. the zoo works on rotation, with each volunteer getting a different station each day. some are more physically intense than others. on my first shift of this week i got arguably the most physical station. i threw up twice and almost fainted on top of a rabbit. i made it clear to everyone that i was not doing well and i was only there out of necessity, not because i was well enough to, which i was not. just showed up for my second shift and they gave me the same station again. i said okay, fine, i'm either leaving here after my shift or in a stretcher. i got to work and within an hour i broke into a coughing fit and blacked out. someone found me and took me back to the staff area, where the lead curator came to talk to me about how i was feeling and what i was going to do with my hours. at some point i said something along the lines of "i'm just not really sure why i was placed on mammals again given that i did it on tuesday and it wrecked me. i thought i made it clear that my health is not great right now." and this fucker has the audacity to say "that hurts to hear". miss girl i actually dont give a FUCK about your feelings. manage your employees better. we have been exchanging emails for a MONTH now about my declining condition because you're the one i have to email when i call off sick. i also did NOT say this in any sort of rude tone, i was sort of half-laughing, trying to write it off like it was a goof, not a malicious thing on her part. she also goes on to say "well they're ALL physically intensive, if you can't do mammals then you can't do any of them" which is just objectively not true. there's a station that's just cutting fruit for the herbivores all day. and one that is just cleaning the reptile glass. mammals is shovelling shit, raking, scrubbing, and the mammals span the entire park so i'm walking from one end to the other repeatedly. I KNOW WHAT I CAN HANDLE BETTER THAN YOU CAN. am i crazy for being absolutely incensed about this woman ??

Tyreek is clear from his injury but he’s been bad all year and I think Green Bay has a good defense, Dell has just been slow alongside Marv, even against bad defenses, and Tillman has a concussion now so I’m moving towards not staring him but between the other three who would be the best?

- Synology DS920+: This handles my 4K movies and 1080p TV series.
- PC: Running Unraid (Plex in docker) with the following specs:
- Gigabyte Z170N-WIFI motherboard
- Intel i7-7700 CPU
- 16GB RAM
- Plex: Used on an Apple TV, with almost no transcoding needed.

They are taking for ever, and I have not seen the diamond I purchased. I ordered a set from them on 11/2 and it's still in production. And then, I ordered a second set 11/20, because I have faith, and am still waiting for the final CAD. I will keep you all posted.
