This was the absolute maximum I could get it to lock in. Thought it was maybe hitting my phone lens at first. Took the case off to see if it’d fit and nope. I watched a few YT videos on harvest currency strategy, but saw some different opinions on what scarabs to use.
Have a few questions on Harvest crop rotation strategy:
- Crop rotation on Atlas - is it best to add a point into blue/red reduction chance in the crop rotation wheel, or only allocate the yellow plant reduction points?
- Risk Scarab - it states 'Area has an additional random modifier' , but I thought the 'in area' scarabs do not affect the Sacred Grove? Are these good for this strat.
-T16 vs T17 - I assume T17 would generally be better profit per map, but also thinking could run through many 8mod T16s quickly and make similar div/hour.
-Awakening scarab - Anyone tested with and without awakening scarab? looks like awakening scarabs are going for 3 div each, so would have to guarantee 6.6k ADDITIONAL yellow juice every map to break even on it. Is it really yielding that?

Hey folks, my dad was just told by his doctor that he is on the verge of getting diabetes.
I’ve seen advertisements in the past for those arm patches and monitors. I’m guessing this is the new age technique for monitoring instead of pricking your finger.
He’s a Canadian snowbird down in Florida for the winter and I wanna get him one. What’s the best way to get one of these monitoring devices? Can anyone just go into the pharmacy and pay cash for one? Or do you need a prescription? Which brands are good?

I am currently employed FT but seeking out new employment asap. Entry level professional with varied experience… been trying to get into the HR space for a while now and it’s been tough. Frankly I am not happy where I am right now (bad org fit) and every day is a struggle. I’m nervous my short tenure looks bad on my resume but my previous company before my current one I was also laid off soooo idk.
I tend to notice hiring picks up around Jan-apr but who knows what 2025 holds. I would like to get into government but I find these are so competitive.
HR people - any recommended industries to watch for that will likely be hiring come 2025??

Just posted this but it was deleted even though I had the information they said wasn’t included. This is a sighting in Scarborough Maine that occurred 11/25/24 at some point during the daytime. What isn’t recorded is the fighter jet that flew through the sky shortly after the ufo disappeared. I tried to edit the video for a better image and as far as I can tell it’s a metallic looking orb. I would love if anyone else can try to get a better look at it. I’ve seen quite a few ufos in the area for the past 20 years and this is the first sighting in daytime.

I, M20, have been arguing with my folks that both me and brother, M22, live with because he has this terrible habit of leaving his things everywhere in the house and getting belligerently angry when people move it. Today, our communal grandmother asked him to move his BROKEN bike in the family garage. He claims he did enough by moving it off of my grandfather's old wheelchair ramp directly in front of the door (the black ramp with textures) and no one seems to agree that this not only doesn't count, but made the problem worse. Please, am I overreacting or is there some substance here?

I'm trying to get on a handcrew preferably and just got a list of crews to call but I'm unsure if they will be able to see my application.
