Poor road infrastructure

It's been 2 years for me in the Oxford and mostly I've have been living near Kidlington and Woodstock. I really feel that Oxford infrastructure is very poor especially towards the west Oxfordshire. You have got poor roads with no lane markings, very bad drainage for rain water- ending up with floods. This is just making the day to life more difficult if not impossible. It took 2 hrs for me to reach home back from office being just 6 miles away. Adding to this we've got poor network coverages. It literally feels like living is some third world country.
Is this what everyone else is feeling so?

2024.11.27 21:40 Brazus78 Upgrade to a new bike or make upgrades the current bike - the $4k question
Hi. I currently own a Pinarello Prince Ultegra Disk (2019); I bought it when I was living in Miami and is a great bike for the Miami flat riding. However I recently moved to Pennsylvania and am suffering on the hills. My Pinarello has stock wheels (Al Fulcrum Racing 5) and 50:34 and 11:28 gearing. I have now started to look at new bikes and test rode the new Madone (SL7) and love it. I can sell my Pinarello for $2.5k (have an offer) and buy the Madone for $6.5k. Or I could just buy a best in class climbing new wheel set for the Pinarello and change the cassete? The LBS said I can only go to 11:30 with the current derailleur. Another thing I noticed is that stack on my Pinarello is 532 and on the Madone is 546 and it felt more comfortable. Any would love to hear everyone‘s thoughts.

We just got home and I am still dreaming about the wings and organic chicken. Probably one of the top meals I have had in a very long time. Met the chef as well and he is a solid guy and a great chef, highly recommend my fellow Torontonian’s restaurant, if you are looking for a spot to eat in Uvita. Farm to table done the right way. Sebas 10/10. You may need a reservation if it’s busy, we got lucky and showed up early, and were seated right away.

I don't mean to sound like a wimp, but one night I found "a month with natsuki" on youtube and found the part when natsuki is crucified and I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. I know lots of doki mods are also really depressing, so I gotta ask, this isn't gonna traumatise me is it? Sorry... Few months back i got a spine surgery just few days after the surgery my body posture was tilted to the right and pus was coming out of the surgical wound . My doctor was removing the pus and cleaning the area every other day . then i got a MRI just after that he told there is pus build up in the surgical location hence i need to get the second surgery to remove that pus . I was in bad pain an i suffered a lot in that one month after the 1st surgery so i agreed for the 2nd surgery and 2nd surgery was successful and i feel better . Now i showed the MRI reports to other Neurosurgeon and radiologist they say there was some foreign object present in the MRI after 1st surgery and thats the reason for bad posture and pus. My doctor did not inform abt foreign object before 1st surgery . Need help with this

For those of you applying to a Cambridge College that requires the CSAT, how are you guys preparing?
I know about practice+ on climb, but the questions there are I think from 2017 and before, back then the tests were 100 minutes and 20 questions but now the test is like 3 hours and 13 questions. It's reasonable to assume the test is a lot harder.
Does anyone have other practice tests that are more recent? Or perhaps know of other tests that would be of similar difficulty?
