Just re-watching Voyager again and I’m curious if there is an explanation as to why did they keep their maquis insignias instead of being given equal insignias of Starfleet, given the fact that they accepted positions on a starfleet ship?

2024.11.27 21:50 -stultifera-navis- Chemical perfume smell in hallway of apartment complex coming inside my unit (please help)
Hello! I just moved across country to a newly build apartment complex on the third floor which has long carpeted hallways.
They use some sort of air fresheneperfume chemical spray (I think in their vents) that makes the lobby and all hallways reek night and day. I can deal with food smells from other tenants but I'm drawing the line at this chemical warfare that keeps coming into my unit through a large gap at my entry front door. The draft and pungent perfume smell is very noticeable in my whole unit even with my windows open. I can even smell it on my dog - it seems to stick to his fur whenever I have to walk him through the building. Also I can't have my windows open 24/7 since this is Iowa and it's extremely cold and below freezing at night. I already had cancer so I'm very careful with additional exposure that is detrimental to my health, which includes air fresheners and all similar products.
In the short time I'm here (only 3 days) I keep getting migraines, lung irritation and scratchy throat from this perfume spray. Can I ask the landlord to stop using air fresheneperfume spray in the hallways? Is there any legal foot to stand on since these things are proven to be hazardous to health?
I ordered some draft stopper and weatherstripping + a big hepa air purifier but I'd really like to not have to be assaulted by this pungent odor all day, since I work from home and leave the apartment using the hallway/lobby multiple times a day.

Do you guys have recommendations for booster pack bindepages. Because i can't find anything good for my wants and needs. For a better explanation I have around 100 booster packs laying around and i heard that laying them on top of each other will damage the packs really slow overtime. So i would like to have a lot of pages for a 3/4 D-ring binder with 4 pockets per page. I really don't know where to find them even the pages on their own.
I know this question has probably been asked before. But please recommend me some!
