It’s a wonderful way to bring the community together during the holiday season. Philadelphia has such a nice layout- an small ice skating rink, a mini kids railroad. It showcases Artisans, Food Vendors, Crafters, Coffee, Baked Goods etc…We need to spice things up around here! It’s kind of getting blah!

Tenho 38 anos hoje, mas desconfiava do TDAH desde meus 19 anos , lembro que ficava na internet pesquisando o que eu tinha, pq eu me sentia diferente dos outros , como se não fosse do mesmo mundo, sempre com interpretações diferentes sobre os assuntos, infantilizada demais, chamada de ingênua por ser sincera e autêntica... Mas minha dúvida é, será que sou bipolar? Após minha gravidez aos 25 anos eu fiquei muito irritada com as pessoas , mania de perseguição e medo de críticas ao ponto de me irritar , coisas que não fazia antes, aí veio a depressão, me isolei, fiquei com a energia muito baixa , perdi a vontade de fazer coisas que antes gostava , como ir no shopping por exemplo... Sempre fui desatenta , mas memória fraca nunca tive, então passei a ficar. Fui tratada com desvenlafaxina , tirou meus pensamentos negativos, mas me deixou com a energia pior ainda. Então me divorciei, parei até com o antidepressivo, comecei a curtir a vida a doidado, me apaixonei novamente e me senti totalmente diferente , sociável, sem medo de críticas , falante , comendo muito... Só que também muito irritada as vezes. Tinha dias que acordava deprimida , mas a maioria das vezes estava bem . Passou 1 ano e entrei em outro relacionamento. Dois anos depois estava eu deprimida de novo , sem energia e me isolando , irritada. Quando tenho uma oportunidade de melhorar de vida profissional me transformo novamente e fico com boa autoestima, hoperfocada no profissional , e só penso naquilo, até a hora que desânimo e deprimo novamente . Antidepressivo só tem piorado o caso, me deixando mais sem energia e apática. Antes de tomar os antidepressivo de novo eu tinha uns episódios de euforia ( uma alegria que chega dói o peito) , principalmente a tarde , agora nem isso tenho . O que vcs acham? Será que essas mudanças de humor poder ser o hiperfoco do TDAH quando tem uma novidade ou será mesmo uma bipolaridade ?
