Hi ! Got a 20 year term life insurance ($150K) from Protective Life for hubby that is expiring in few months. He is 70 and is in good health. We plan to drop it after it expires. Our insurance agent - a very nice guy to deal with all these years - offered to sell the right to the investor after converting it. He says it was not a loan, it'd be the outright sale of the policy - we don't have to pay a single cent, and may get 1 or 2 thousands - even without releasing his medical records. More if he can release it, which I don't think they would find anything except for kidney stone. Hubby said to drop and forget it, as it sounds too good to be true. In my case, I don't mind to be lowballed, as this is just a little extra for us and this insurance guy could just pocket extras - but I am just afraid to fall into scam that may drag our savings. Is there any truth or danger to his offer ? Thank you !

 | On Single Custom Post Type (for example I have a post type “press-appearance”) and I have a bunch of custom fields such as reporter, periodical, etc. I want to be able to make these clickable as if they were rags and have it navigate to an archive page that filters all the press-appearance posts with that same reporter. What settings are necessary to achieve this ? I’ve used a taxonomy list and included these custom fields but not able to link to an archive. For example in the included screenshot , being able to click on “herald review” should navigate to an archive page with all the posts that include “herald review” for key:periodicalthe same way native tags work. My LO is 4 months tomorrow and we are planning on starting sleep training using the Ferber method this weekend. Right now he is currently going to bed anywhere between 10:30pm - midnight and wakes up in the morning around 8am. I have tried and tried to get him to sleep earlier because he definitely is not getting enough sleep at night or during the day but when I start to put him to sleep earlier it’s just either constant crying or he wakes up every half an hour until he finally falls asleep at the times I mentioned above. He sometimes has a really late nap and I have tried to just make that his bedtime and get rid of the nap but it does not go well. We have been doing a bedtime routine since he was a newborn of bath, massage and a book. How can I get him to go to sleep earlier?! Also any sleep training tips are appreciated. Thank you!!

Hello! I was literally just diagnosed yesterday, but because of the holiday my hospital’s diabetes class won’t be meeting until the 6th, so I’m just looking for some advice on what to do in the mean time, I don’t have a glucose monitor since they’ll be doing all that at the class (that’s what they told me) so I’m flying blind and not really sure where to start, obviously if I feel like my blood sugar is low I should eat sugacarbs?
