I've had the CSP since 2017, and after a few years of meh credit have worked my tail off, paid off a personal loan, all of my student loans and all cards and am up to a 745 - not great but better than it was. And Chase just increased my limit to $13k.
I have not changed this card since I opened it 7 years ago. I have a ton of travel coming up this year, and would like to take advantage of the extra points of the CSR and a new SUB.
However, my spouse and I are watching mortgage rates and are considering a HELOC to do some updates or a new mortgage to sell.
Trying to do the cost / benefit here - what are the odds I'd be declined for the CSR (I don't want to risk a downgrade if I can't get the new card)? Should the possible mortgage change make us tap the brakes on the CSR (or any new credit account)? Is there another factor / option I should be considering?

I have a high school diploma and have one year of college under my belt (was going for a bachelor’s in illustration), but had to drop out due to costs.  | When the Runic Altar completes a craft, it spits out the items on the top edge of its block with upward velocity. This means if you place a cauldron (or any block with a hole in the middle) above right as the craft completes, the output will be contained perfectly inside the cauldron, which can be moved however we want. So, the idea of this contraption is follows: drop all ingredients, including a living rock, on the Runic Altar. Ingredients will be taken and living rock will stay as an item; mana spreaders charge the altar. When the charge completes, a comparator reading signal strength 2 triggers a piston, which pushes a cauldron on top of the Runic Altar. And then a dispenser completes the craft, where the output lands in the cauldron. Piston retracts, and output is sucked into the output hopper. There is no redstone component or mechanic used here that's super fancy. The images below are shot in 1.12.2 botania, but higher versions work just as well (I originally conceived this idea in 1.18.2 botania). You can just have item ducts piping directly into the open create instead of using a dropper to inject. You can replace the furnace with 1 item in it with any redstone source of signal strength 1, e.g. Create's Analog Lever, or a ExtraUtilities2 redstone lamp thing. If you wish to build it in 1.7.10, simply replaced the observer clock for dropping ingredients with a traditional comparator clock used for e.g. vanilla trash cans. Fairly consistently for the past couple of months, I’ve been replaying Hylics 1 and 2. It’s always fun everytime, and I usually discover new secrets in 2 (like the existence of Time Sigil or the hidden treasure at the Waynehouse), but beyond just applying Hard Mode, I’d like to try some new challenge in Hylics 2 that would really change my experience, just so the game doesn’t get too stale. So, does anyone have any suggestions as to what ways I can challenge myself next time I boot up Hylics 2?

So we are a group of 4 Chinese Americans and 2 PRC citizens.We are going to Venezia soon, however we are really afraid. There is a recent viral video on the South China Morning Post channel about a group of Chinese tourists being pushed by the gondolier into the water the gondola because they refused to sit. There are lots and lots of racist comments about how Chinese people are the worst tourists in the world. I am afraid that people will mistreat us because we might do a repeat performance of them. I have a stock 2022 WRX premium with the 11.6 inch screen, but without the Harmon-Kardon speaker upgrade. One of my speakers is blown out, so I figured it was time to upgrade the sound system as a whole. Aside from just replacing the speakers, what other upgrades could I make? I was considering using something like the Fosgate DSR1 signal processor to install a new amp and ideally add a subwoofer while retaining the factory head unit, but it seems that it lacks the specific firmware to flash onto the processor for the 22' WRX. Strangely, it seems that it offers support for other 2022 Subaru cars like the Impreza and the Legacy. Is there another similar option, or should this unit still work for my car?

 | Thoughts on the route to go? I’m on Xbox and don’t plan on switching to PC at the moment. Primarily wanting to play ACC and F1 22 occasionally. My understanding is Moza currently does work with ACC but not F1 titles. I like the Fanatec bundle a bit better because of the wheel in the bundle but is it worth dealing with the current Moza wheel and hope they come out with a more GT/Formula style wheel that is compatible with Xbox? I took 10mg of Prozac for 1 week and then my doctor bumped up the dose to 20mg. I took that for 2 days and went into a complete nonstop panic attack and mind racing ever since. My doctor had me stop Prozac for 1 week and started me on 5mg of Trintellix. I’m in the same state for the last 3 weeks. Constant feeling of dread, no appetite, vomiting and dry heaving. My mind is racing and I can’t sleep. I feel so devastated and depressed. My Mom has been taking care of me and my daughter and I haven’t been able to work. I decided to stop Trintellix today because I feel like these SSRI are making everything so much worse. I’m so afraid this is the new me- I’m completely unable to function and only get a little relief from Xanax. Has anyone ever experienced this? Please tell me it gets better. This is so unbearable.
