2024.11.27 22:39 jcrlyred I gave up
I gave up hope today and ordered my first wig. I have been dealing with LPP for almost 5 years now. It was bing controlled by meds, steroid shots and vitamins as well as using rosemary oil.
2months ago I got singles. Not only did it kick my LPP into high gear but, I now am suffering from TE. I have lost over half of my thick curly hair. My derm has prescribed oral minoxidil for the TE but, I am going to have to deal with more loss due to the dreaded shred and possible weight gain (I already have that from menopause)
I can’t take a shower or look in the mirror without crying my eyes out. My husband doesn’t understand how ugly I feel and I feel like I am losing more of myself everyday. So I gave up and ordered a wig. I feel so down and so defeated. Any words of wisdom?

I'm f18, this year I've felt like I've just lost everyone around me. To be honest I don't wanna be on here, venting my issues like a damn loser no offense. But man I just need someone to hear me out or something.
I've just been upset for awhile dude. Because i just befriended someone after a really long time of being alone after I was cheated on by my ex boyfriend I was with for a long time, and I was. Blocked for literally no reason, and I was thinking, It must be nice for girls to have other female friends because they are pretty locked in and I was thinking how much of a loser that makes me feel like thinking that and then a whole train of thoughts. I don't want the mindset of "maybe I'm better of by myself since friends won't do it for me" because I know that's not true. I used to be an extreme extrovert and social butterfly and now I can't even make friends. Which now I'm looking back and my realizations blow my mind. I don't want the mindset of the fact I can't make friends, but then I do because. Alot of people nowadays, have expectations, they judge and they're like unbelievably rude. I just don't understand what I do now.
Just man, having no friends suck. Just super lonely and stuff. That's all I wanted to say

My devices recently received the latest Google photos update. Previously, you could access a "Hide from Library" option. Has anyone found anything analogous in this new 'Collections' view?
I often create shared albums to share with specific people, but I don't need or want these albums to show up in the library/collections (albums shared with me I can see separated in a different tab, but shared albums I create are appearing both in 'All' and in 'My Albums'). It's looking so disorganized all of a sudden!
