Y’all. Having health OCD and PCOS is like the 9th circle of hell. Started Metformin a month ago and have been getting pretty consistent dehydrated-feeling headaches despite drinking the same amount of water I usually do. They make me feel pretty out of it and nauseas, sometimes dizzy. Is this par for the course? Am I dying? A secret third option?

I’m looking for an orthopedic doctor who would be willing to write a Nexus letter for me. I’ve been in a battle with the Veterans Administration for 20+ years trying to gain service connection for an undiagnosed neck injury. I have a letter from a DO and my chiropractor but they’ve been deemed insufficient. I’ve been told that a Nexus letter from an MD will carry more weight. I have buddy statements from two Marines who witnessed the incident, along with the pertinent medical records from the time it happened and recent MRI results. Does anyone know of any medical professionals who help with Nexus Letters and possibly DBQ’s?

All my plugs are getting banned, most people who haven’t yet aren’t active anymore and the rest are all scammers. I remember when valid telegram plugs were a dime a dozen shit is changing. I wonder what the next wave is gonna be. I still been fw my people at @presidentialpack on tele but they’re the only valid one I have left at this point. Seen some people using signal or potato as backup but they don’t have a channel feature the way tele does so a lot less easy to use

Hi all, my girlfriend from Indonesia is wishing to come to Australia on a tourist visa (subclass 600) and visit me.
We haven't received a request to do so yet, but we are worried if she will have to provide biometrics because she lives in Nusa Tenggara which is quite far away from Jakarta
Will she definitely need to provide biometrics while applying for subclass 600 visitor visa?
If so, is there also possibly an office in Bali to provide the biometrics? As this would be a lot closer
