I want to set my expectations correctly. At my place in Miami, even bike riders have big square oven thingies on the back of their bikes. And food somehow still arrives hot despite it being 60 degrees and windy sometimes.
At my place in San Diego, neither bicycle nor car delivery ppl seems to do this even though it can get down to 46 degrees outside. In the winter months, I am handed dead cold food regularly.
I delivered pizza back in college. I did everything in my power to keep the pizzas hot Because I’m not a total asshole. I know people want their food to arrive hot.
I don’t want to take my tip back. But is uber ever going to require delivery people to provide even a basic level of food quality service to customers? Can I refuse a bike delivery person or even a driver with a horrible review rating?

I am autism (self-identified and awaiting assessment) and have started my journey of self discovery early this year (2024). I know I’m sensitive to both insides and outsides.
I am happily married and I’ve got a 22m daughter. Although I would’ve loved more children, I’ve had 2 blood clots already: 1) DVT in 2019 after using a contraceptive pill and 2) superficial clot in 2022 early in my pregnancy with my daughter.
So I can’t use any form of contraception that impacts my hormones, ruling out the contraceptive pill.
This seems to leave me with 2 options: 1) copper IUD 2) removing the full works (can’t remember the official word)
From what I’ve read online, women can feel their copper IUD and this doesn’t specify if those women are autistic. I need to hear from autistic women - have you had a copper IUD? And if so, has it triggered your sensory sensitivities?
If you’ve heard of any options that I haven’t mentioned that don’t impact your hormones, please share that too.
Extra context: I’m 37 female. I’ve got asthma, eczema and chronic hayfever.

We have a vCenter running 7.0.3 with two clusters. One cluster has one Dell R630 Esxi host running 7.0.3.The other cluster we are we standing up to migrate everything over to is running on two Dell R660 Esxi 7.0.3.
The second cluster we are unable to vmotion anything from the first cluster into it. After looking further we noticed that the two Esxi host in cluster two are showing vsphere HA status of Running on host one and election on host two. If we right click and run reconfigure HA then then host two changes to running and host one changes to election but they never have never both had a status of running. Also because of this we cannot complete the vCLS on the hosts.
Has anyone had this issue and figured out a fix? I have checked the vmware-fdm version and they are the same.
