Just got this 3 pack of Crofton casserole dishes and one has these weird lines coming off the lettering. They seem to be raised on the outside, but not the inside. Can’t tell if they are cracks or possible mold artifacts? Has anyone experienced this? Is the dish safe to use for a sweet potato casserole? I’m not really in a position to buy a replacement at the moment 😭

For the past two days, I've been quite lucid as I fall asleep. not as much as being fully awake, but quite close.
I would lay really still, and whenever my thoughts start to wonder into absolute gibberish, I would wake myself up a bit. it makes your heart rate spike, but I stayed calm.
eventually, it felt like I was sort of falling into a warm darkness. i started to hear my own heartbeat. I was no longer able to move major parts of my body.
it was honestly a very enlightening experience. why me though? why have I experienced this only just now. I am a very frequent lucid dreamer. (multiple times a week)

Hello! Hope you're having a nice day/night. I'm the host of what I assums to be an osdd-1b system and I haven't been diagnosed. I have mentioned my symptoms to a therapist I used to see two years ago amd she disagreed with my having a dissociative disorder. I don't agree with her, really. But maybe that's what I'm here for.
As much as I'd like to, I won't go into why I do think I'm a system. (btw, every other alter thinks we're a system. It's just me who doubts it constantly). I will instead share why I think I might have either never been a system or maybe have healed.
- I don't dissociate that much. I do for example get jump scared by my reflection, wondering who that is a few times a week. But I barely experience any derealization anymore. I used to be really dissociative two years ago. I remember thinking I was a girl who didn't do any academia related stuff because I was so stressed for a calculus quiz (just a quiz, not a midterm or a final, even). Feeling foggy while taking notes, finding myself in our school's bathroom for no reason while i was on autopilot, stuff like that. But I've been on a break from school for around 6 months and i live with my parents, so except for the times that we fight which makes me feel like I can't control myself (perhaps it's just my persecutor, or maybe I'm just angry) nothing happens. There's nothing going on my life, we guess, but still maybe this isn't enough dissociation?
- Switching doesn't feel like how it used to feel like. I used to get a heavy, weird feeling when my presumably alters would front; but now it's a lot easier. I don't get headaches, just feeling suddenly exhausted is what i can report as a symptom. Maybe we've grown closer, or I'm more co-con, but nowadays alters who barely front don't feel as weird to have. It almost feels like just a big shift in mood and who i percieve myself as, rather than this giant I'm this entirely different person... But again, we're different, but it used to feel more different..now it's like i have this modes. Not all modes relate to me or even are me, but it used to feel worse... I'm not sure. Are we integrating? Sometimes it feels like I'm just naturally turning into another "character", like how actors do it. Except this is not a movie and i can't really force it to happen. I've learned to see from their perspective, or maybe we have better communication, but that doesn't really bring them to the front. I don't know, maybe we'll be back to being more dissocative when we're doing something other than bed rotting all day. Sorry for the long rambling!!! Please do lmk what you think!

I see a lot of people talking about marketing their products on social media and curious if we’re just seeing more and more people buying in bulk from china… but my real question is how many people are selling the exact same item with just a different name?
I hope people don’t think I’m criticizing this because of my industry we’ve seen people do it as well . there’s a company that got the brand name RCA and they sell a two-way radio that is made in China and basically the same thing as other people private label and it’s a product
The company that ended up getting the tag name RCA can think they can make it work or however, a large company that’s been in the industry for a while. Can private label something.
What I’m curious about is a lot of people are starting these businesses … I have a friend who is importing a lot of sportswear from China to sell it
My question is, wouldn’t it be kind of hard to get traction doing this?

- The way Regina and Zelena went on their crazy villain rampages solely bc of Cora. Even though Snow told the secret about Daniel, Cora mercilessly killed him- who did she channel ALL her might to? Snow. Although I know Regina did take SOME action on Cora🤷♀️
- But ZELENA’s reasonings were so dumb ughhh, why blame Regina? Regina never knew of her existence so for Zelena to be young and envy her privileged sister was understandable but as AN ADULT?! she didn’t even think to hear out her sister and realise she’s not at fault for ZELENA’s own shortcomings!!! Cora abandoned her and wiped their memories second time round!
- And to round it ALLL off, Cora ends up going to HEAVENN and being forgiven🤣🤣🤣😭😭🤨 oh goodness I can’t even believe it as I type.

Has anyone heard of this?
Was on meloxicam 15mg daily for about 4 months. Started having GI issues (diarrhea daily) and upper stomach pain / light cramps.
Calprotectin levels 160. Doctor said they suspect NSAID induced enteropathy but there is very little data I can find on it. I stopped taking the Meloxicam Nov 1 but still having the same GI issues :/ Imodium makes it go away but I’m worried.
Is this forever or has anyone had similar?

Hello everyone, I’ve had EOE for 20 yrs now and have been managed it well with dilations, diet and budesonide. But recently I have been having hard time eating. I take a few bites then I feel pressure in my chest and feel like I can’t eat anymore i also get this sour taste in my throat and it’s burning. I’m having chest pain. I have taken budesonide but not working this time. Has anyone experienced these symptoms with EOE, or does it sound like a different problem?
