2024.11.27 23:29 Ordinary-Patient-891 My heart rate ranges the day I quit my job VS today.
I was just looking through my data on my Fitbit and I noticed my heart rate range was very erratic during the time. I was feeling bad at work up until the day I quit.
I started on beta blockers and I think it helped a little although that comes with its own set of side effects.
Looking at the data, I can definitely say the erratic ranges my heart rate going up and down what makes me feel like crap.
I’m really trying to get it under control with the beta blockers compression socks, extra electrolytes. Some days I feel better some days I feel just as bad.
I guess you just have to take the good with the bad but knowledge is power.

Been on sertraline 100mg for 2 years and things are really challenging and depressing right now. The good thing about my prescription is no matter if I’m sad or happy I am able to function. I’m able to eat, clean, do everyday tasks but it does stifle expressing emotions. I feel really sad but I feel like I can’t cry on sertraline like I’m on the verge of crying but can’t get it out.
I missed a dose so I can cry today. I’m not endorsing this as a way to let out pent up emotions but I’m curious does anyone else do this?

I have a pretty bad looking GBA, it works but the screen is scratched, stains, sharpie marks, and missing battery cover. I want to mod it and give it its well needed use, but everywhere that I look there are restrictions on what shells can be used, some screens suck, some shells need to be shaved, and I need a list of parts that are compatible with each other, not Funny Playing I heard their build quality isn't good. I want to keep the price under $120, no games, or mother board (I have a donor), all I would like is a shell, IPS screen, and buttons/membranes. If I need to change the cost I can.

My girlfriend and I were long distance for a few months. We had lived together before for 5 months. Things were hard due to obvious reason of long distance but they were good. We were talking about marriage for early next year and We missed each other a lot. My grandmother passed away kinda suddenly as she was about to start a new shift. New shift meaning changing hours and having to adjust with the time difference. Also for her to learn a new job while she had some problems with her family too already
I had a fairly secured attachment style. Sometimes a bit anxious but I had worked for years before us getting together to build a secured one. After my grandmother died, I spiraled down. I felt she was not here for me, became very needy and all my insecurities showed up. She said I was suffocating her.
I regret deeply having all the work I had put destroyed in the matter of 2 weeks but at the same time I can’t help thinking it was temporary as I was going through the grief? We got into two major fights in just a few days. The second one is where she initiated the breakup and I just agreed because I was exhausted.. mentally drained.
I’ve tried to reach out explaining I think it’s crazy to give up on what we had while we were going through so much lately, it wasn’t fair to judge our relationship over this. She said we’ll talk more later, to give it some time. But I’m really struggling. How can we give up when 3 weeks ago we were talking about getting married and had plans? I’m devastated and feel my anxiety sabotaged the relationship. I was being too much but I was so down that I was seeking any reassurance. At the same time I know I did put so much pressure on her and that wasn’t fair…
Im not sure why I’m posting this, I needed to vent and I’m hurting so bad

Hi, i got myself recently this computer.
CPU: I5 10400F 2,90 Ghz GPU: RTX 3060 12 GB VRAM RAM: 16 Gb 2666 Mhz
I've tried to use optimized settings but the game on High and Medium stills falls on 40 FPS on crowded areas despite seeing benchmarks videos showing the contrary. It's driving me certainly crazy, i got the 2.13 and Phantom Liberty DLC buyed recently but still i have problems with performance, any ideas? I watched at my task manager that my CPU is on 100% while the GPU is getting just 40% or 60%, nothing more.
