Is there anyway to NOT cancel ice block when hitting the same button again?
I feel like it happened accidentally(secretly?) about a year ago when they added more control options for everyone. It was when Mei got the option to hide the cancel text but I never read anything about it for it cancelling on the same button and haven’t been able to change it back since.
I just want to spam left shift and only cancel ice block with left click again ):

I recently found out my best friend of two years has been secretly dating my ex-boyfriend. I had confronted her about it and she just freaked out and ended the friendship right then and there. Months prior when i was actually dating my ex, i could sense a jealousy and some sort of like malicious behavior coming from her. I honestly thought nothing of it since i believed it was just because i was spending less time than usual with her. After me and him were done i could very much tell she had a fat crush on him by the way she would talk and act around him. I minded at first but then i realized she cant necessarily control her feelings, and i explained that to her but of course, she denied even liking him. I had a long serious talk with her about him too. To sum it up i told her that it's not her fault she likes him, but i did specify id like to have a discussion before hand if she was actually gonna pursue him. I was love struck for months after me and him broke up, so yeah it did hurt knowing she liked him. But i never wanted to control her, so i made it known that i wouldn't necessarily say no to her dating him as long as she showed honesty with me. Fast forward to Monday this week, i get informed from another close friend of mine that she is in-fact dating my ex. I was hurt. She had kept this secret for a month and two weeks. I tried explaining to her that it wasn't the fact she was dating him, but the fact she lied to me and went behind my back. She and my mutuals are treating me as if im the asshole now. Am i the asshole?

 | I really appreciate everyone's replies to my last post! Thank you for spending time and explaining to me some of the game concepts and better ways to get to a planet's core. I made it in 2 hours after posting it, and unfortunately the core needed some exploding powder that I have no access to yet. After finding it on Desolo, I assumed that a core needs a basic resource found on the planet itself. Is there a way to know what resource I need before digging? I also assumed I had to finish planet by planet before moving on (seeing as Glacio's description says it is Hard difficulty), but now I see that's not the case. Activating cores should be left for later. I will work on getting to trains first instead. After reading your comments, they seem like a lot of fun, can't wait to industrialize every planet! 😆 I feel myself an ant, being so small compared to some of these cave halls, and I love it When reading all of your recommendations, something caught my attention and it didn't make sense to me. Some people were saying that if I keep digging at not enough of a steep angle and don't do zig-zags, I would end up resurfacing. How does that work exactly? I'm pretty sure I will end up at the core, because gravity is still a thing and I would need to dig up to resurface? I thought it wasn't confusing, but no I start doubting my logic lol (attaching rough sketches of what I'm talking about). Can someone confirm if I'm right or wrong? Digging at an angle with no gravitational pull would make you resurface Digging with the gravity applied will still make you go down, but will take longer Zig-zagging. There is a situation where certain music groups who affiliate with nazi ideologies are planned to play at a venue.
The venue as received threats and so as the musicians. The threats of physical harm are in regard that they accuse them of aiding nazis or being nazis. There were also damaged to property with the same perogative (graffiti written fuck nazi).
I was debating with coworkers if it would be considered a hate crime that the victims were targeted for the perception of them being affiliated to nazi ideologies.
What are your thoughts and answers? Thank you.

2024.11.27 23:30 CataOW W2 Contract Work vs. Salary, Advice Needed
Hey all,
I've recently recieved an offer for a W2 Jr. SQL dev contract position @ $50/hour, holidays off but no other PTO, and no expected OT. I currently have ~6 months working as a SQL Engineer after graduating with a B.S. in systems engineering from a state school, and am currently recieving a $70,000 salary.
To me, the jump from $70,000 to just under $100,000 (50/hour) seems like too good of an offer to pass up (over 40% raise not including PTO). Also considering my current position only provides 6 days of PTO yearly, and is fully in person, including a 45 minute commute, (vs. a 3 days/week remote for the contract gig and shorter commute on the days I would go in) I just feel like it is an absolute no brainer to take the offer.
Does anyone have any personal experience or insight into making this decision? (It is 6 months to start, with ~50% chance of turning full time based on previous placements in this role)

2024.11.27 23:29 Ordinary-Patient-891 My heart rate ranges the day I quit my job VS today.
I was just looking through my data on my Fitbit and I noticed my heart rate range was very erratic during the time. I was feeling bad at work up until the day I quit.
I started on beta blockers and I think it helped a little although that comes with its own set of side effects.
Looking at the data, I can definitely say the erratic ranges my heart rate going up and down what makes me feel like crap.
I’m really trying to get it under control with the beta blockers compression socks, extra electrolytes. Some days I feel better some days I feel just as bad.
I guess you just have to take the good with the bad but knowledge is power.
