I'm a BCBA and have been at my current company for 7 months. I love the families and RBTs I work for. The problem is my supervisor who is a BCBA. When I questioned about an insurance code for writing plans, her solution would have required me to commit insurance fraud. Of course I didn't do what she told me, and I immediately started looking for a new job, which I will start early next year. I am having second thoughts about leaving because I really enjoy the families and I know they've been through a lot of BCBA and RBT changes. My worries about staying are she could get me in trouble with BACB or insurance companies. I don't trust her. Plus the job I was hired for is 90% remote which I am not a fan of, but I would be doing supervision and parent training.
Would you stay or go?

I would like to start by saying that I have been stuttering for as long as I can remember, ever since I was a kid I have had trouble connecting with people, I actually had a small group of people I went out with but hardly spoke and when I did say something I looked for words I could use without stammering, feels that my whole young years went to waste, others at the age of 15-18 were partying, meeting new people, I was sitting at home, I used to be very extroverted, now I avoid people like a fire, I feel like I am an introvert, I have no self-confidence, I can't get a job because I am afraid to go to one, I'm afraid to call about job availability for a position, I'm afraid to go to the store to buy something that needs to be said, I actually only have one friend that I go out with, he says it doesn't bother him, but I know in my heart that he listens to listen to me, my parents always told me not to worry about it, but it is impossible not to worry about it, I am very depressed at the thought that others are enjoying life, meeting new people, going out clubbing, laughing together and I don't want to live, any interaction with people is incredibly exhausting for me, it takes a lot of my energy trying not to stammer. I went to a couple of speech therapists I was given exercises that didn't help me at all, I read on various forums that the way to cure stuttering can be brain electrostimulation, in December I will have this kind of treatment carried out, I hope I can cure it.

Hi, I wonder if anyone's already made one of these or if someone knows how I can make it myself, but I'd like to create an Images Only feed so you see the posts of the people you're following, minus the posts that are text-only. The existence of the Mutuals and Only Posts feeds implies this is possible, but I've been fiddling around with SkyFeed for an hour and can't work out how to do it.
Does anyone know, or have a suggestion?

2024.11.27 23:30 Octopus299 NAC and ERP has turned my life upside down.
I’ve been taking NAC for about two months and ERP for pretty much the same time.
Both have improved my OCD significantly.
I can now face my triggers, talk about them, hear about them, even sing to songs that mention words I used to avoid, I finally feel so much more free! Sharing because OCD caused havoc in my life and this is the first time in years my brain has shut up and let me enjoy things.
