2024.11.27 23:29 Downtown_Swordfish61 Optimized setting for Cyberpunk 2077?

Hi, i got myself recently this computer.
CPU: I5 10400F 2,90 Ghz GPU: RTX 3060 12 GB VRAM RAM: 16 Gb 2666 Mhz
I've tried to use optimized settings but the game on High and Medium stills falls on 40 FPS on crowded areas despite seeing benchmarks videos showing the contrary. It's driving me certainly crazy, i got the 2.13 and Phantom Liberty DLC buyed recently but still i have problems with performance, any ideas? I watched at my task manager that my CPU is on 100% while the GPU is getting just 40% or 60%, nothing more.

2024.11.27 23:29 dre__966 Why do I feel sad when I my family talks about gender.

Let me just start by saying this isn't one of the LGBTQ+ things. My dad was violent with my mom and my siblings (including me) and one day he left after my mom stood up to him.(That was years ago) My mom talks about men like the way you when they hurt you(and I totally get it) but I feel wierd (most at times low) when she does that. She mostly stereotypes and I think it hurts but I don't know why. Our 11month old cat just gave birth prematurely and whenever she says the neighborhood cats raped her I want to challenge her but I don't even believe it. She even went ahead to say they might do that to our other cat because (and I quote) "They are men" I don't know why I hurts and I who I want to defend but it does. Can someone help me?

A Crack of Light During the time I left my job, I decided to wake up early and sleep early, aligning myself with the rhythm of nature. I’ve always loved how morning light fills the house, unlike my mom, who keeps the windows and curtains tightly shut to block even the tiniest sliver of sunlight.
One morning, I woke up feeling refreshed, opened my laptop, and started searching for a job that would accept me as I am, without treating my feminine self expression as a crime. I looked away from the laptop and saw the most beautiful thing: a rainbow , created by sunlight peeking through a small crack in the curtains my mom always keeps closed. I was overjoyed and snapped a picture of it.
It reminded me of that scene in The Lord of the Rings when Sam and Frodo, lost in Mordor’s darkness, suddenly see the sunlight shining on the crown of the King of Gondor’s statue. But just like in the movie, the sunlight didn’t last long, and the clouds returned, drowning everything in gloom again. The same thing happened in our home.
The next day, the crack in the curtain was gone ,covered up to keep my mom from feeling uncomfortable. The house became dark again, and so did I. I went back to sleeping during the day, staying up all night, and stopped searching for a job.
Maybe hope lies in another window, one that stays open for good. But the real issue is: what if there’s no sunlight left to come through at all?
