I have been unable to properly fall asleep in around 2 weeks and I don't know whats causing it. Most nights I end up eventually being able to sleep at 5am, but I'm a uni student with morning lectures so this isn't really sustainable. I feel physical symptoms, and have only manged over 8 hours once on a Friday, and I think its because I was tired out from a party that day + my gf was visiting.
In the past, I've had consecutive days with little sleep, but never anything as bad as this. I've tried tea, relaxing, mind games in bed, sleeping reverse, reading in another room, podcasts, brown noise, sleep music, and valerian root tablets, but none of these have worked. I am hesitant to get melatonin as I don't think this will fix the issue + I don't want to grow relient on them to sleep.
I am exhausted, and sometimes I manage to get sleepy in bed, but I can never quite fall asleep. What is going on?? How do I fix this.
It does feel a bit like I'm constantly being pumped with adrenaline but I'm not especially stressed? And nothing has happened in the past 2 weeks that would be a trigger. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank youuuu.

I've tried a few different pre workouts over the last few years and they all give that jolt after the first could times and then... they barely work and come with a crash. i don't hate drinks but if there's edible ones these days I'd be interested, providing they work.

Switch side every single round... Same for killcam... 8s of preparing @ round start...
I feel like this mode dont respect your time.
Could be easily fixed by doing a 3/3 side switch, only kill cam on side switch and lower prep time to 3s.
For me its really ruining this mode. Really sad when you it was the core mode in CoD2/MW
Am I alone to have this feeling.

Min kære far på 60 gik bort sønsdag morgen, ret uventet, og der er bisættelse på lørdag. Jeg føler jeg er i sorg “forkert”, han var meget syg, men at han skulle dø nu var jeg ikke forberedt på, samt jeg fik ikke tager afsked.
Hvad tror I der sker efter døden? Skal man tage det som et tegn hvis der falder en fjer ned, ser noget hjerteformet ude i naturen? Eller er der bare lukket og slukket?
Det vil nok give mig en smule vished at vide at han ikke var i smerter da han døde alene, og han måske “er et sted”.
