2024.11.28 01:29 Auerf09 Blinding brightness in parts of the game, Zalissiya bar and Skadovsk AMD
Hello everyone.
I run into this problem where when I enter a Zalissiya bar or Skadovsk theres a peak of brightness that blinds you. I dont know what the cause could be.

I think AMD might have something to do with it. Im running the game (it runs perfectly fine for my standards) in a 8700G processor with an integrated 780M iGPU, Windows 11. I used to have Windows 10, I did a clean reinstall of Windows to 11 and it seem to have fix the issue but now its back and I dont know the reason of it, beucase I tried to change and screw around every single options in the AMD Software Adrenaline and the issue is still there. Also tried the same thing with my monitor screen and nothing has changed. The weird thing is that I used to play Silent Hill 2 remake back then and everything was fine, the other day my gf was playing the game and there was a huge increase of gamma and brightness in the game as a whole, the walls of the bar were painted in white when we all know its a dark and grim game. Which leads me to believe this is something that has started after the new stupid driver that AMD launched for Stalker 2 or because I screwed it up doing something with the options trying to make the game run better.
Anything that can help would be greatly appreciated, thank you all!

Misprocessing of amyloid precursor protein (APP) is one of the major causes of Alzheimer’s disease. APP comprises a large extracellular region, a single transmembrane helix and a short cytoplasmic tail containing an NPxY motif (normally referred to as the YENPTY motif). Talins are synaptic scaffold proteins that connect the cytoskeletal machinery to the plasma membrane via binding NPxY motifs in the cytoplasmic tail of integrins. Here, we report the crystal structure of an APP/talin1 complex identifying a new way to couple the cytoskeletal machinery to synaptic sites through APP. Proximity ligation assay (PLA) confirmed the close proximity of talin1 and APP in primary neurons, and talin1 depletion had a dramatic effect on APP processing in cells. Structural modelling reveals APP might form an extracellular meshwork that mechanically couples the cytoskeletons of the pre- and post-synaptic compartments. We propose APP processing represents a mechanical signalling pathway whereby under tension, the cleavage sites in APP have varying accessibility to cleavage by secretases. This leads us to propose a new hypothesis for Alzheimer’s, where misregulated APP dynamics result in loss of the mechanical integrity of the synapse, corruption and loss of mechanical binary data, and excessive generation of toxic plaque-forming Aβ42 peptide.

I'm currently building an Oloro, Ageless Ascetic pillowfort deck. I feel good about my suite of removal, ramp, defensive enchantments, card draw, etc. What I'm missing is ways to close out the game.
I run Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake infinite in a different deck, so that's off the table.
I'd like two-three card combos that can cinch the win after building a safe situation.
Budget:cards under 50 cents. Power level: 5-8. Salt level:medium (its Oloro pillowfort after all lol).

Lizzie stans will do anything to blame EVERYONE for Lizzie’s bad decision then expect people to follow along? Gibson never tried to drown her, Gibson never said she should’ve died instead of her sister. Like Lizzie stans will come and cry telling you that you should hate mark more than Lizzie or caohime but they were the ones that hated gibsie wayyy before we knew his story instead of hating on the actual rapist, which is exactly why they are mad about his story cause that means they can’t villainize him anymore.
Like they would rather hate on people who aren’t close to Lizzie or don’t give her excuses for her actions, which is why their hating on Johnny and wanted Joey to “clock” Aoife for Lizzie and why they keep on saying it was Lizzie who saved him, like I said their obsessed and it’s not even healthy at this point

Look I get that the majority of the people here aren't straight males so when you see two dudes who really make a connection like Jayce and Viktor it's easy to think they're gay but that's why Bromance exists. My boy and I have a collective length of 15 inches swinging between our legs and I can say that with cold hard facts because we measured the lengths tip to tip and got well past a foot together and you know what? I'm the majority. Was that gay for us to do that in such a way? Yes. Are we gay? Certainly not. Same applies for Jayce and Viktor.
Just because it looks, gay, sounds gay, and is literally gay sex, doesn't mean it was gay. Just ask anyone who's been in prison for too long alright. All I've learned is that alot of you out there don't actually kiss your homies goodnight and IMO, that's on you for not loving your boys over your toys.
