- Relationships don't fix you, only work on yourself can ever fix you .
- Codependency is the belief you need someone to be a full person, you don't. You are a full valid person on your own.
- I've learnt this one recently: seeking external validation for your happiness is like building your house on sand. Get to know yourself and see other people's judgement as noise. The people who don't come into your life are being filtered out to save you energy and time.
- I've seen people who look like Shrek date models and those I knew like this were charismatic, confident and epic people. You may not be able to date models just now but work in your confidence and self belief, you may be able to one day.
- Love isn't enough, you need to share similar goals and values.
- People change, you grow in different directions and want different things from life, it could be your girlfriend or your friends. Change is growth, don resist it, lean into it and follow your own path. Grieve the people who leave you but see as a space for new people.
- Sex doesn't fix everything and it's not this holy grail. I am sex addict and sex can give you highs, but it also can make you feel hollow inside. Seek out sex for fun but listen to your heart when you want a connection, ignoring this leads you to emptiness.
- Seeking out help and being vulnerable with supportive people is strength.
- Travel and dating overseas is like waking up in a dream!
- Women are guarded and play hard to get, because they have to protect themselves. Women are physically weaker and can be assaulted easier.
- No one owes us anything, the world is an unfair place. I hate realing this, but once you accept this you can empower yourself and rely on yourself.
- Persistence is the only way to win in life. You must see every failure as a lesson to learn, keep getting back out there and you will keep improving. You must make failure your best friend, because it is your best teacher.
- Comparison is the thief of Joy, focus on the present and seek to improve on what your past self did.
- Stay in the present, it's the place where you have the most power to change your life. The past and future don't matter.
- Don't fall in love with a FWB, it can sometimes happen but just focus on fun and let her bring up feelings.
- When a person tells you who they are the first time listen! A person may say something about themselves like " I'm problematic or I crazy exes" 9 times out of 10 they are the problem, listen to this and bounce!
- People who destroy your peace don't belong in your life
- You don't owe anyone anything, be a good person and do the right thing, that's it.
- Have banter with women (playful teasing) treat her like your bratty sister in a playful way. This is the easiest way to playfully flirt with women.
- Learn KINO , how to escalate physically with women on a date!

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on how I can fix this error saying that not all atoms have an autodock_element field. It appears on every protein I prep but has not just started recently. I download the pdb from the protein databank and do the usual prep (remove inhibitors and heteroatoms, remove water, add polar hydrogens, and add Kollman charges) but it still appears when I go to write the pdbqt file for any molecule. Any advice is appreciated

Hello all,
Just recently changed jobs. I was a retail store manager and now Iām in banking. (Loans).
At my retail job even though I was the manager we still had a āuniformā it was company polos, ugly button ups, etc. I didnāt feel or dress as āprofessionalā as I wanted due to the dress code.
Now Iām in banking and the dress code is more business casual so I can dress with nice clothes. Polos, pull overs, different colored dress pants, etc. so as Iām rebuilding my wardrobe, Iām looking for some suggestions for some watches. Probably $500 or less budget. What types of watches do you think a banker would wear?
My watch collection so far is more quantity over quality. I own a few Casios, timex, seikos. I would say the 2 seikos I own are my nicer watches. I own a standard dive watch from Seiko (canāt remember the model) and I own a blue dial Seiko presage cocktail time. I do plan on wearing it some to work!
But just getting ideas of what you think a banker might wear. Iām cool with it being on a metal bracelet, leather band, etc. just give me some suggestions! Business casual!
I eventually want to move to a Tudor black bay and dream watch is a Rolex sub!

Might delete. I 25m has Been with my gf 28f for almost a year. Things have been great and I love her and still do. Early on I found it hard to give my commitment to her because she had some red flags. Her ex was contacting her and I didnāt like that so she broke that off (no they bsolutueley were not fucking at that point sheās been with me every day this year) It was only until a couple of months that basically she used to be coerce by her ex. She told me that and it heartbreaking to here and Iād support and love her. First, I want to say I support trans identities and trans rights. Nothing will change my view on that.
That said, I feel the current rhetoric around trans issues leaves no room to question individual cases or circumstances. My husband has a sibling who is much younger (24 years old) and is diagnosed with ADHD and unspecified neurodivergence. To me ASD seems obvious, but their mom has never took them to a psychiatrist, so we can't be certain exactly what's going on. This sibling also has very high levels of depression, anxiety, and struggles with anger management and impulse control. While IQ is average, executive functioning is low.
In the past year, this young person has been consumed with crippling anxiety about their place in the world and their ability to live a meaningful life. They have lived with their mom their whole life, and she has made them feel like they can't be on their own. It's a very Norman Bates-y kind of codependent relationship. The one place where my sibling-in-law has found some acceptance and companionship has been in the local LGBTQ community. The trouble is - they aren't gay. They were born male and are attracted to women, and have always presented as male with traditional male interests and behaviors, etc. A few months ago, their friends referred them to a gender affirming therapist who encouraged them to explore their gender identity. They now go by a different name and use they/them pronouns, which you can see I use. I want to be supportive.
The trouble is, none of these changes have done anything to help my sibling's mental health. They were uncomfortable as a man, and now they are uncomfortable as a woman. I suspect some of the people in the friend group have suggested the problem is us, the family, for not being supportive enough, but I swear we support whatever gender identity they feel is the right one. I'm just really starting to suspect that my sibling is looking for answers in a trans identity, and getting lost along the way.

 | Hi! I recently had to do a few scans to be able to order my Invisalign & start my treatment. When I took the scans to my dentist, we talked about how my treatment is going to happen, but he also mentioned something else. He mentioned my teeth were not aligned & the top teeth covered the bottom teeth almost entirely. He did not tell me what it is called, but I assume it is a class II malocclusion from my research. This made sense because the lower part of my face has always looked very compact & it has always bothered me. I am currently 16 and male. Can you guys let me know if it's worth getting surgery? I do not think it affects my health or breathing, so this would be for aesthetic reasons. By the way, I have around 11 months left on my Invisalign treatment.
