Today I tried making a basic boule using a recipe from Michael Ruhlman's book. I can't find the exact recipe online to post here, but this website has a reasonable fascimile.
I'm using a KitchenAid mixer with the hook attachment. The recipes call to mix the bread until it can be stretched to be translucent without tearing. My problem is: I can never find this point. I've mixed for 5, 10, and even 15 minutes on low speed (the 2nd lowest) and I never reach the point where it can be stretched until it's translucent.
Today I made a boule with this recipe and it seemed pretty over kneaded: the bread was dry, hard, and (although the bread rose fine) had a very closed structure inside.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Bem, sou H24, conheci uma garota M24 no famigerado Tinder, estávamos conversando desde o começo do mês. Desde o início ela demorou bem para responder, coisa de mandei mensagem hoje (quarta) e ela responder na sexta, mas fui tentando levar. Nisso ela chegou a pedir desculpas, me passou o insta e depois o whatsapp. Quando a gente conversava a conversa fluia, eu penguntava as coisas e ela também, mas a frequência sempre me incomodou um pouco, pois era coisa de se falar apenas uma vez no dia, ela mandava algo e eu, também na minha correria, em 4 hrs no máximo respondia, e então ela sumia novamente e apenas no outro dia (ou quem sabe dois) respondia. No feriado da quarta (20/11) haviamos combinado de sair pela primeira vez, mas ela comentou que não estava se sentindo tão bem por conta de um remédio que havia tomado, então haviamos combinado de se ver outro dia, e continuar conversando até então.
Na sexta (22/11) ela me respondeu umas 19 hrs, e então a respondi umas 21hrs e, novamente, ela sumiu. No sábado vi que ela postou no instagram que estava numa cervejada, e no fim do dia chegou a visualizar um story que eu havia postado. Apenas me respondeu no domingo (24/11) na hora do almoço. Nisso fiquei bolado, por eu tentar manter um diálogo com a pessoa, no tempo livre a responder com calma e tudo mais, e a pessoa não tem consideração de dedicar 2 minutos para falar que mais tarde responde ou só mandar algo rapidão durante o dia. Abri o jogo para ela e comentei que não queria mais conversar, por conta que a frequência não fazia muito sentido para mim e pela falta de consideração, sei que apenas estávamos conversando, mas haviamos marcado de sair e ela some por mais de um dia, posta foto em cervejada e aparece depois de dois dias querendo conversar.
A pessoa parece em um momento está interessada, e em outros desaparece. Quando tento conhecer alguém tenho a perspectiva de ter esse cuidado com ela, pelo tempo que dedica. Fui babaca de falar que não queria mais conversar ou deveria ter continuado a tentar?

In the early part of my BBW journey, I only purchased lotion and body cream. I really started collecting FFMs during the pandemic. Still - that’s 4 or so years ago… and you’ve never finished a whole bottle? I have a huge collection and switch it up every day, so getting through an entire FFM requires focus. How’d you do it? Two things: I adore using Vanilla Romance as body care, but I also really enjoy using VR (generously) as linen spray. I LOVE having a made bed, but loathe the task of actually making it. So, pairing that task with a fragrance I love changed the entire game for me. Second, before I found this sub, I treated FFMs like perfume or EDP - one light spritz on a single pulse point. Now I understand that you need more FFM - especially with these newer releases. Would you repurchase? Yes! I got a new one during the last big $4.95 mist sale. I’m sad they changed the packaging, though.
