So. Due to some time constraints and hectic planning, I will be reverse searing 10 pounds of prime rib to an event that is still uncertain on dinner time. My initial plan was to cook at 225 till internal is 120, let it rest for the hour commute to the event, then sear at 500 when I got there and boom. Dinner right then and there. I was just told that dinner might be a little late due to flights etc.. I was wondering if I would have issues letting the rib rest for about 2 more hours (total of 3) before searing?
I can’t cook it at the event place and my wife tells me the arrival time is nonnegotiable. I’m just looking for information to preface the party with. TIA

Well I know there is a season 5 so no heavy spoilers please. In season 4 they talk of the plot holes in season 1 and the whole “I’m watching you” messages. Now originally, I was under the same impression as Putnam that Jan had done it but after the actors presentation it seems like they left that door open.
My question because it’s not stated explicitly is this.
Did season 4’s victims killer put those messages on the door’s in season 1? I don’t think they did. It’s never really known if they had season 4’s victims phone. And they were introduced too late to have any impact on the group. At best S4 killers back story only goes back to season 2, no?
If this point I’m making is explained in season 5 please say so and I’ll drop it. It just seems like they opened that box and let it linger.
By the way, this show is awesome and I’m really happy that after the last few years of hearing about it I finally gave it a go. 10/10

Gotta admit, I wasn't raised a Carolina fan, but every single Thanksgiving (or the night before) since my wife made me go to USC I watch Carolina's greatest gits against cLemson.
My biggest observation? Those Spurrier teams were so skilled, huge, and strong, and they remind me of this year's team. Second observation, ESPN or whomever announces the games in the 90s, 00s, and 10s, get so much more subdued when it looks like we are going to win. Watching the 2012 game rn, and it's the end of the 3rd and the announcers cannot get off Taj Boyd's dick. Every single sideline shot is Datboy or Venebles.
I fucking hate Clem (and his son) and I hope hope hope we show up Saturday.
