i got this naval piercing about 2 months ago, sometimes it feels sore and itch and will hurt if it's touched. sometimes it looks okay but recently its been red and puss will come out sometimes. my piercer just told me to wash it with soap every day so ive been using an anti bacterial bar soap. what can i do to calm it down? i really dont want it to start rejecting. the jewelry is a titanium curved barbell

I'm an English learner and I've been learning it for one year so far. I'm comfortable with the level I got. I can watch videos on YouTube and movies without subtitles I have a lot of trouble understanding music and sometimes with heavy accents (any accent from the uk actually) I think I've got an advance B1 or maybe a B2. I can read books very well and understand roughly 95% but I don't what to do now. How do I get a better level? Should I study more grammar or put every word I come across with in Anki?
