Maybe arbitrage is the wrong word, but let's say the US emposes a 25% tarrif on something from Canada. What's stoping another country from buying that good from Canada and selling it back to the US for a 15% markup. I realize there are logistical costs involved, but at 20%+ tarrifs there has to be enough margin to still make money. So what is stopping other countries from doing this?

Looking for advice on my rangers automatic transmission. Have the factory 5R55E tranny. Had a small trans leak between the gasket and pan for a while that wasn’t able to be serviced, trans fluid was added intermittently to keeps levels up (don’t know how true that is.) truck can go into reverse with no problem, however it cannot go into drive, 1st or 2nd. I’m thinking possibly a filter and shift solenoid issues if there was damage to the trans during that time? Haven’t cracked it open yet but any other ideas? Thanks.

Hi! Quick details: Ferritin 3, Hemoglobin 7.9, 3 months on Accrufer with little increase from 7.6 to 7.9. Referred to Oncology center to see hematologist, took 1 week to get me in today for first infusion.
First session took 1.5 hours and it’s been about 4 hours. IV: Steroid, Benadryl, Test INFeD dose, INFeD dose. Side effects so far: headache, bad joint pain and needed a nap. BUT - joint pain has been my main symptom, I’m on steady Tylenol to stay ahead of my pain.
I haven’t seen many people talk about the emotional rollercoaster of the first day of infusions - maybe it was just me. But being in a room of people who are getting chemo was ALOT. My stomach was in knots, I was holding back crying and my heart was pounding watching the nurses start IVs on everyone around me. It was this crazy mix of nerves, anxiety, excitement of getting treatment finally, sadness for others. Not a good day.
Main symptoms in general for the past 3 months: AWFUL joint pain, headaches, fatigue, migraines, nausea, muscle aches, ears muffled when too active.
I’ll be doing 10 rounds total once a week. Due to lack to medical care in my area, I’m traveling 2 hours to and back for each session. On intermittent Short Term Disability at work to make sure it doesn’t negatively affect my employment.
Next, ALL the tests to figure out what is going on. GI doctor tests start soon!
