How common is it for women to not be sexually/physically attracted to their partners (husband/boyfriend/etc.)? Or, at least, “as” sexually/physically attracted as they had been to other dudes/hookups/ONS/etc.

2024.11.28 02:56 lna9997771 Question about vintage locket.
I’m visiting family for the holidays (small town in PA) and went into an antique store, absolutely wonderful, ended up picking up some photos of Edwardian women some post cards via the same time & a locket.. this is what I have the question about…
This locket is from 1983 and it engraved, it was extremely cheap, but most things were (unless it was something like a 18th century home made doll, or very old perfume viles) so it has me torn if it is solid gold or gold plated. I don’t care either way but would like to care for it properly as not to tarnish it.
It being cheap and not having any stamp leads me to believe it’s probably plated but being engraved it could be gold? Please let me know your opinions I’ve been afraid to wear it as it’s made it this long and I don’t want to ruin it.
Tysm! Let me know if photos would help!
