 | Hello! I'm in Melbourne, Australia. As you can see in the photos I've uncovered some exposed wire in my garage, leading to a single light bulb. Wondering if there any tips on how to safely cover this until can get a sparky to come and fix it? I'm looking to do more in the garage with the electrical so I'm hoping to bundle this fix with some other stuff in the near future. I am so tired of all the bugs/glitches related to Loadouts/Blueprints. I am so tired of it.
I hated many of the maps, and now I'm OK with them. I hated Recon, now that's been nerfed. I hated the inconsistent XP gains, but it seems that has been resolved. I hated the crashing, but I dont crash as much anymore.
But you know what problem keeps getting worse with each update? ANYTHING RELATED TO LOADOUTS AND BLUEPRINTS. ANYTHING.
You wanna save a Multiplayer-specific build for the XM4 and have a separate one for Zombies and Warzone all organized and neat? HAH SIKE, YOU JUST EDITED AND NUKED THE MULTIPLAYER ONE WITHOUT CONSENT HAHAHAH
You wanna start a new build for a weapon? OOPS, IT COMES WITH ALL ATTACHMENTS OF AN UNRELATED GUN AND NOW YOU HAVE TO RESET TO DEFAULT TO GET ALL ATTACHMENT SLOTS YOU ARE OWED. HAHAH
You paid $20 for a skin pack with cool blueprints? OOPS, YOU CAN'T REMOVE ALL ATTACHMENTS BUT ONLY SOME OF THEM SO YOU NEVER KNOW WHICH CHANGES WILL BE REFLECTED IN-GAME HAHAH
You don't wanna use a Red Dot on a blueprint you bought? TOO BAD. USE IT.
You just unlocked the VMP variant for the Jackal PDW and you wanna use the VMP iron sights on it? TOO BAD, ENJOY THIS FORCED RED DOT THAT WON'T BE REMOVED OUTSIDE OF FIRING RANGE.
You wanna edit/delete/do anything to a class? BOOTED BACK TO COD HQ MENU AT RANDOM TIMES FOR EVEN DARING TO EDIT A WEAPON BUILD AHAHAH
I can never go into Create-a-Class and expect things to just...work. I didn't even list half of all the issues I've been experiencing because there are so many random things that just. don't. work. It's just RNG bugs at this point, a new one every day related to Create-a-Class. One of the best aspects of modern COD is Gunsmith and how weapons handle and are detailed; COD is second-to-none in gunplay. So it is absolutely painful that one of my favorite parts of the game is so broken.
u/TreyarchCM, what is going on? How is stuff like this not a priority?
People make jokes all the time that if there is a bug related to the Store or Blueprints, it's fixed instantly. Black Ops 6 has shown that is NOT true. For anyone eyeing something in the Store, just know this: if you want to remove the optic from that Blueprint or change certain attachments, you will NOT be able to. So save your money until a fix for all this BS happens.
Challenge (impossible): Go into Create-a-Class, make a new Weapon Build for the KRIG-C, save it, and then apply that Weapon Build to another class and make a few more for Zombies and Warzone. Check back and see how many builds the KRIG-C has saved.

It’s been a little over a year since we got my Mom’s diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I remember going to the ED with her the night of thanksgiving and being discharged in the early morning of the day after with the (suspected but obvious) diagnosis.
Lost my mom a little over a month later.
It’s been 10-11 months since she passed and I feel like I live an entirely (unwanted) different life. I want to go back. How am I closer to her 1 year anniversary of her death than her actual death date? It doesn’t feel like time has continued. Just long days, weeks, months. I’m not celebrating thanksgiving or christmas or new years this year. It’s too hard when you’re alone.

2024.11.28 02:50 Fr3yz How to 'be' the character as I write?
I write purely for the sake of it. Quite a beginner too, just for a few years of experience and months for serious writing. So far, I've had lot of fun translating my imagination towards writing, planning, experimenting and perhaps failing a few times with certain ideas as I abandoned a few of them :P
One mild problem I've noticed right now during the writing process of my first draft is the intervention of my ego and self-consciousness to the characters. What I mean by this is that I tend to have idealism and conscious control freak over my characters and the way they should behave, not for what they actually are.
I feel like planning and controlling the characters are two different things. Planning is coming up with their core values and motivation, and controlling is active intervention during the writing process.
I've tried using empathy—and it somewhat works, but I typically tend to 'lose' their voice and fall back into my conscious control. In the end, they will lose their authenticity.
Perhaps I'm just lacking in experience? Or perhaps it could be expanded during later drafts? What's the principle?
Basically, what I wanted to learn is the ability to have more 'immersion' to my characters, becoming who they are—not what I must control. I wanted to empathize to them deeply into their absolute core whilst still having their 'core' lying over my head as a guide as I detach my ego and consciousness.

A buyer reaches to depop that they haven't recieved their item after like 2 days of purchasing(i told them their item will be shipped tuesday/Wednesday and they were okay with it). Now depop gave me 2 days to provide them with valid proof of postage. i quickly shipped their item using my own shipping and gave them the tracking number ( with name and address it was going to) but they said they cant accept it as valid proof because on evris website it still said " we are expecting the item" . I told them its not my fault that it hasnt updated on the couriers end. 2 days later they refunded the buyer because the tracking still wasnt updated on the site. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE SOMEONE HELP . I HAVE BASICALLY SENT A £45 shirt FOR FREE AND THEY GET TO KEEP THEIR MONEY ASWELL.
