I'm a native Texan. My Anglo ancestors came here in the 1830s. They had family members that died in fhe Alamo, yada yada. I'm also the parent to two neurodiverse teens. It increasingly feels inhospitable towards them. We have been very grateful for the opportunities that the public system has given them over the years, and we were hopeful that our older son would be able to take advantage of college programs developed for students with autism. With the current political climate the way it is, I don't know how many of those programs are going to survive on public college campuses. They may be classified as DEI initiatives in the future. We do have tuition reciprocity with the neighboring states, but most are heading in a similar direction. For example, OK treats programs for students with disabilities as DEI initiatives and have already stopped funding them. So, "deaf ed., autism, executive function help, etc. bad." We are considering relocating to another state that would be a better fit for them. Ideally, we would like to find a state that has a better mindset towards neurodiverse people, MCOL (or LCOL), and mild winters. I'm not sure this exists right now but I thought I'd ask.

Basically the title.
I had recently received an event Keldeo distributed in what is seemingly a Japan only event and I don't plan on trading it to anyone in an attempt to pass it off as legitimate. I might use it in raids, but this is really just for me - Keldeo being one of my favorites and all. I do think it's valid to keep these mons. I think it's silly that some platforms and some countries get some events but others dont get it or get different events. This is kind of just a gamijg thing, but still - I totally think that people using wiimfi to trick your game into giving you past event mons especially those you either owned at somepoint (or not), or if they were from a different country is valid. What do you think?
I don't like holding onto the very clearly hacked mons, like ones you get from wonder trade that say 'PKMN.orgg' and it's a shiny eevee holding a destiny knot with perfect IVs. I might use it to breed if it can because it might be the only way to get a certain pokemon in SV (I don't have the DLC).
(And yes, the Event might come later in other countries, but am I going to throw away the opportunity to own a special mon just for the sake of 'morality?")
