So, my spouse is an RN. She worked (is still internal for now) a public health position, fulfilling all the different roles/areas that they have. Shes Quite versatile! We had our 3rd and final baby to which in the middle of her mat leave we had moved to rural central AB. (From a northern isolated town, to Leduc) we absolutely love it in leduc, it's beautiful and the people are Great. But my God she's having the hardest time finding work. And because of having children she can't exactly take a 12 hour hospital job because I'm commuting up north for work.
My heart is breaking foe her. She's smart, a hard worker and she cares a lot about her career and the people she sees. But out of the countless, continuous job applications she's only received 1 interview ( and they got back and said it was between her and someone else for the position and they had no choice but to give it to the other person due to seniority)
How the hell are the younger nurse workforce supposed to get any better experience or even a job for that matter when it comes down to seniority getting the job no matter what. Even though someone else may have been a more compatible fit.
It sucks to see someone I love feel so defeated, and stressed and unwanted in a career she's passionate about and good at! It's getting to the point where she too may have to commute up north on my days off for casual just to keep hours up....thats going to be hard on our fam jam.
If anyone, has an in. Any in for an RN job that would like a passionate, caring and hard working nurse please forward it my way so I can share it with her. She's willing to travel an hour from our home for any position that allows her to get the kids before daycare ends.

Hi everyone. I had a failed FNA (Fine Needle Aspiration) procedure, also known as sperm mapping, by Dr. Turek earlier in the year. It showed SCO (Sertoli Cell Only) in each location. I am currently on multiple medications and am planning to have an MTESE sometime next year.
Has anyone had success with an MTESE after a failed sperm mapping or a diagnosis of Sertoli Cell Only? If so I would love to know your results. Both positive and negative. Or anyone who had an MTESE and how did it go and what was your circumstances?
This is a hard process. I am so glad for this group and everyone on here!

This is handy for me because it has all the necessary Columns that I need and I just manually add the date into it.

Now the issue is that I can't find a the Resource name column using API, and I think it maybe related to "type": "ActualCost", because when I do a manual export to a storage account using "Cost and Usage (Focus)" In the export file I can see all the Columns that I need but If I do an "Cost and Usage (actual)" I don't get a Resource Name column in exported file.
Basically, All I need a script that can pull out bellow columns for me for a period that I define.

I have a friend who lives in Brazil with toddlers and she wants them to learn English but is struggling to find adequate content for children. She also does not speak English well so she does not want to read the English children's books she found to her kids, for fear of mispronouncing words and having them learn incorrectly.
