- even if the guy is married
- even if there are other good reasons not to sleep with that person (best friend's girl, wife's sister, his patient (doctor) or grad student (professor), significantly older or younger-but-still-legal, etc)

Idk why but th 17 seems hard even though th 17 just came out and literally none of us are even close to maxed th 17. I thought with th nerf, no eagle and baby th 17 it's gonna be easy to 3* but honestly it's difficult compared to pre th 17 update. I suppose new merged cannon multi and firespitter are really that strong.
I'm happy this happening. Now getting 3* will again feel like achievement as it used to be at th 15.
What's ur thoughts? Did u observe the same thing?

In 2023 I reported a former coworker for raping me in 2021 and 2022. The case received a "no further action" decision this year. I contested it through the victim's right to review because they didn't even check my medical records of me telling my GP and colposcopy doctor I had been raped, but they said that there was too much doubt in my case to get a charging decision from CPS and the medical evidence would not overturn this. We share the same professional industry and he will often make a point to show me he is at the same event as me, I imagine to intimidate me. I am pretty sure he doesn't think what he did is rape, otherwise I'd expect him to show shame or guilt, not whatever he is currently doing. The first rape started a "consensual" affair (as consensual as it can be when it's a response to such trauma) and I am pretty sure his narrative is that I lied about being raped so I didn't have to tell my husband I was having an affair. I didn't lie about being raped, and I told him everything, but that's besides the point. I strongly feel like I want to take further action on this through the civil route, but I also want to say, publicly, that I reported him for rape to the police. As far as I know, this is factual, so it could be defensible as it's the truth. He could argue I'm being malicious or there is a pattern of harrassment (I've reported him to the industry event where this last rape happened, which he claims harmed his reputation and ability to earn a living). Would he be able to sue me for defamation and would he have a chance to win if he did?

Taking high doses of vitamin D without enough vitamin K2 may cause calcium buildup (calcification) in arteries and tissues, which can increase the risk for heart disease and other problems.
But how much vitamin K2 should you take with vitamin D?
I've found different answers and recommendations that seem to be based on personal opinions rather than studies.
The recommended daily intake of vitamin K (including all forms) is 120 mcg for adult men and 90 mcg for adult women (source).
Most people get enough vitamin K from their diet, so if you're taking a low dose of vitamin D (1000-2000 IU/day), you probably don't need to supplement with vitamin K2.
If you're taking 5000 IU/day or more of vitamin D3, supplementing with 50-100 mcg of vitamin K2 is recommended. Look for supplements that contain a combination of the two instead of buying them separately.
