I've been crushing on this lady at the gym for months now. While I find her beautiful I feel like there is a deeper chemistry between us as well.
So finally I got up the courage to approach her about a month ago to introduce myself since we see each other all the time. Played it super chill because the last thing a guy wants to be labeled as is thirsty or a creep. She smiled told me her name offered up some personal info about her. We made small talk that time and a few more times since then so she knows I'm not a weirdo (I hope 😂).
Every time we see each other we smile and wave usually with her smiling and waiving first. Now I feel like this could go on forever and I'm at a point where I should shoot my shot but I really really don't want to be labeled the gym creep and force her to change gyms.
Honestly don't know if she's just being nice or is trying to send me an invite to ask her out since I know the vast majority of women want guys to make the move??
I feel like I'm a fairly attractive guy, have lived an interesting life, have a great career, make six figures, etc and have been approached numerous times by other men in the gym asking for workout advice and most recently approached about doing branding social media influencing. All that to say I think I'm somewhat of a decent catch on the surface.
May not seem like it to people who don't know me but Ive always suffered from confidence issues/fear of rejection so I'm concerned I'm giving her the wrong impression that I don't like her when truth is it's just fear of rejection.

I’m looking for opinions on a second card that I will use almost exclusively for work. I recently bought a new car about 6 months ago and I already put 15K miles. And I just don’t want to keep putting so many miles to my daily. I want a reliable beater that I can drive with no remorse.
What do you guys think?
Context: I am a real estate Photographer and I drive to shoots all day every day. So nobody will drive with me.

I'm on episode 597, well into Punk Hazard, and I have not been enjoying Sanji the past few arcs. It feels like, scence Thriller Bark, he flops back and forth between how he was in East Blue and the worst possible combination of Master Roshi and Joriah but with a degree in culinary arts. I have heard he gets some character development relatively soon (the specifics I'm not aware of and want to watch for myself) but his character has regressed so much I don't know how much good it will do. He started as one of my top 5 straw hats but has scence dropped to my least favorite between Thriller Bark and Fishman Island.
TLDR: I don't really know if this is a hot take but I feel like Sanji has regressed as a character scence Thriller Bark.

Hi, this may be a silly question.
I have a small mortgage with the bank.
Received a cash contribution offer from the bank a year ago. The mortgage is split into two facilities. A 10 year term loan and a revolving credit facility.
My fixed interest rate loan is due for a rollover but I am in a position to pay off the remaining loan sum entirely. My revolving credit facility is already paid in full but I am intending to keep it.
My question is, if I pay off the fixed interest loan in full with a lump sum payment when it moves on to the variable rate. Will I need to repay the bank the cash contribution I received?
The wording of the cash contribution says This cash contribution applies to the following home loan facilities - revolving credit and term loan.
So I will still have the revolving credit but not the term loan.
My gut says I would need to repay the cash contribution. But in that case, it may be better for me to refix the term loan and invest the money elsewhere. Thank you.
