Hi! I'm 23, and most of my salary goes to my BPI debit card. I have Gcash, Maya, Paypal, and Gotyme(just installed it last week). I'm overwhelmed now kay sometimes it bothers me mag sige ug cash in with fees, so I use my BPI debit card when I pay cashless. Wala pako nag seek ug credit card kay I'm not ready, and gusto ko mo apply ug credit card sa kanang mag pop up lang sa mga malls or grocery kay less ang mga requirements (sometimes prc or valid ID ra, but wala pakoy prc).
I feel irresponsible with my savings account na nuon kay bisag asa sigeg cash in and bayad.
Can anyone help me manage my savings? Thank you!

 | Hello! Writing for advice on a friends' matter (flair adjusted accordingly: IRELAND > 417 (x3) > 494?) Recently my friend received a NEGATIVE outcome on her skills assessment she was hoping to utilize for Visa 494, 142114 Beauty Salon Manager She has over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry at a management level including nearly 2 years here in Australia as a salon manager. Her assessment was negative because VETASSESS states her Qualifications from Ireland are not equivalent to that of the Australian Diploma of Beauty Therapy SHB50121 despite her quals being nearly identical. As such they don't count her work experience. She is now looking at having the skills assessment re-assessed but I am looking for advice from anywho who has personal experience going through this process. VETASSESS was not very transparent - they asked her to compile an email for the assessor first and they would reply from there. She has lined her qualifications up head to head against the AFQ qualifications thus far and is willing to transfer her qualifications through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with a legitimate RTO to receive the diploma here in Australia. (Multiple RTOs have stated this is possible). However, there is also a Diploma in Salon Management available (though few RTOs even offer this to international students, seems very niche in my opinion). Obviously with this diploma there would be no room to dispute that the diploma was highly relevant to the 142114 Beauty Salon Manager occupation. My Questions are if she pursues Re-Assessment for her skills assessment and does complete her Diploma in Beauty Therapy here in Australia would they still consider her previous work experience or does that re-set her work experience "clock". I feel like Group C, Path 2 (as below) would apply here but only if the assessor acknowledges her current Irish quals which she completed in 2017. Anyone successfully made a case for reassessment after a negative outcome. Or anyone that has experience with a successful application for 142114 Beauty Salon Manager. In considering getting into PKMNTCG with my partner, I don't want to use the battle academy because AFAIK it's very simple. I read that the charizard ex league battle deck is very strong, but there doesn't seem to be another deck that would be balanced against it.
Any ideas? I don't want to buy individual cards since it's a bit complicated in my region.
