Hey there! You guys are schedule wizards. Would you please take a peek at my 15-month old's schedule and tell me what you think?
She is not sleep trained, but we've stuck to a solid bedtime routine and followed appropriate wake windows since the early newborn days. We prioritize sleep and almost never deviate from our schedule.
We night weaned in September.
I heard somewhere that wakeups before midnight can indicate not enough sleep pressure. I don't see how I can shave off more sleep without getting her overtired though. She does seem to be a low sleep needs kid.
She falls asleep nearly instantly for her nap. She also falls asleep easily at bedtime.
SCHEDULE -Wake: 6:30am (she's often up by 5am, but we try to stay in her room and at least snuggle in the dark until our DWT)
-Nap: 12-1:30pm (sometimes until 2 if she seems extra tired)
-Bedtime: 7:30pm
Any advice to reduce night wakes? I really thought wakes would be down to 1-2 per night by now. I was also hoping that night weaning would help. Nope and nope ☹️

I have the show constantly playing in the background for noise. I'm back to the later seasons and Dan is the best character IMO. He had the best character development, MOSTLY had the best intentions, and he didn't deserve all that happened to him.
He was doing everything he could to fix his life, take care of his mental health, and find love. Dan even tried helping Lucifer when he had zero reason to. Lucifer was always an ass to Dan for no reason and it wasn't until s6 that Lucifer tried to help him. Even then it wasn't because Lucifer REALLY wanted to.
I just hate getting to these seasons and seeing that Lucifer still treats him like garbage. After the prank, Dan said he really needed it and Lucifer said he just did it for payback for shooting him. Hell, even Maze has a moment with Dan saying, 'she wouldn't take a bullet for him. not in the chest anyway' and kisses him on the cheek.
