2024.11.28 04:30 GuavaFoo Generator to panel extension cord
 | Help! I'm just trying to hook up my generator (1st pic in red) to my plug for my electrical panel for emergency power outages (2nd and 3rd pics). It will directly power my panel, as it provides input. I ordered a NEMA L5-30, which hooked up to the left outlet on the generator, but I would like to hook it up to the 4 wire in the right instead, as that provides more power. Also, the L5-30 did not fit into the plug hooked up into my panel. It looks like the generator side needs to be an L14-30, but what NEMA is the other side? Hello,
First my apologies if this has been asked a million times. I just now placed an order via the lowes app for a few items. In my haste of getting the order done quickly, I neglected to change my order Pick up from in store to the preferred curbside. I googled how to change this on the app and I found where it says "in store pick up 2 items" and there are 3 dots next to it. It's not allowing me to change the pick up status. Since my order is still pending, do I have to wait until the order is fulfilled to change the status of pick up? Or am I just missing the area where I need to go in the app.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I’m planning a to spend a couple months (Jan-March/april) travelling through the states with the hopes of seeing as many national parks and doing some backcountry camping while passing through. All I know so far is I plan to starting from Michigan and travelling down to Tennessee. From there I was thinking of making my way through Texas, New Mexico, Arizona & California. I’m in search of warmer weather, since I’ll be living out of a non-winterized vehicle. I want to stay away from temperatures below 0-C (32f) so that I don’t freeze to death! I’d like to visit some of the states boarding Canada but am turned off due to winter conditions. Any suggested routes? I would prefer for it to be a loop trip rather than linear. Open to all ideas, please share!:)

Like the title, I'm looking for a good budget Monitor that offers 100% sRGB and good display. I'm not a mainstream editor or anything. This is mainly for social media edits and colouring and also to aid me in learning more about grading and stuff. I checked online but can't make up my mind as to which one would be good. Saw a BenQ monitor for 10K. It's a full HD screen. I don't know if that's enough or whether I should go for 2K screen. Also, I'm not sure whether I should for for 24-inch or higher display size. I don't have any friends who are into this stuff, so thought I'll ask here. Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

The one I want the most of the Star Fragment island, but I have a few questions I am not able to find
- It says your game must have been through June 15th in the northern hemisphere or Dec 15th in the southern hemisphere, so if I visit someone whos date is June 15th does it count?

I just shared with my husband my recent learnings about tmesis, explitive infixation, and metanalysis, and we ended up in a fun discussion and research session about the color orange.
We both already knew that "orange" was the name of the fruit before it became the name of the color. The word appeared in English in the 12th century.[1] In the early 1500s, it started being used to refer to the color, as well. Prior to that, it was red-yellow or saffron.
But why was the color orange not called "carrot"? While carrots were introduced to Europe from Asia in the 13th century[2], they were purple. It wasn't until the 17th century that farmers in Holland bred the orange carrots we most often see today.[3]
While artists certainly used the color orange in their paintings, it wasn't until 1666 that Sir Isaac Newton invented the color wheel, which includes red, yellow, green, and blue, but also cyan and magenta.[4][5] In 1810, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe created the color wheel we know today.[6] It's my hypothesis that if primary and secondary colors had been understood centuries earlier, "orange" would have gotten a name sooner. Also, if you start looking into color theory, it gets really inscrutable really fast.
