I’ve been running for 8 years (40–50 km a week), and recently I struggled to find the perfect cushioned shoes for long runs. After hours of reading reviews and watching YouTube, I landed on Saucony Guide — but influencers all had different opinions, and I was still unsure.
There’s no store in my city to even try them on, and ordering online felt like a gamble — one more pair gathering dust (and making my wife mad about the clutter).
Then I noticed a runner on Strava in my area wearing those exact shoes. I messaged him, found out we’re the same size, and we met for a run. We swapped shoes — he tried mine too, which he picked from my fleet — and did a 17 km loop. It was amazing! Great conversation, great run, and we both left with clear answers about the shoes we were curious about.
That got me thinking: why not to build a simple list of runners in my city, including name, email, shoe size, shoes you have, and shoes you’d like to try? You instantly could connect with someone nearby, arrange a test run, or even rent shoes for a short time. Then you return shoes or suggest to buy out (for example if you like these ones and the owner also agrees), or you order a new pair, but having no doubts left about this particular shoe model.
❓Does this sound like a crazy idea? Or could it actually work? (imagine your own city, for example). Curious to hear your thoughts! And have a nice run :-)

Hi! Recently got a grad-2 vest with kamysz lining for cheap but akm mags don't really fit them. I'm looking into extending the straps but it's not an ideal solution. I also have a 6sh112 with appropiate (copy) pouches and they do fit.
What vests/pouches do 7.62 30-round magazines fit well in? I'm trying to put together some militia kit around the mid 2000's with an akm, since I use it for other kits like a PAVN grunt. I'd like to avoid EMR stuff and stick to late soviet/early russian stuff.

 | So I was quite overwhelmed with the CPU temperatures of my customised Legion - 14900HX with a 4060. Its a new white one and quite a beautiful and hot little machine. 95 - 100 degrees is easy peasy for this laptop to reach. Hello and happy holidays everyone! I am desperately trying to find a very specific elf toy from my childhood around the years 2008-2010. I remember growing up and elf on the shelf being a brand new thing at my school, this was before the “Elf on The Shelf” brand dominated the market, and although some kids did have those types of elves, there was a wide variety of different looking elves that kids had (they all had different roles at the North Pole). The one I am looking for in particular was referred to as a “Candy Elf”. I remember it was just about the same size as the traditional elf shelf (scout elf) and it came with a little fleece bag with a snowflake embroidered on it. They were plush, and their legs had a red and white striped pattern, their hair was made of yarn and they had various hair colors and skin tones you could choose from. I remember there was a website where you buy them from, but I was 9 so I do not remember what it was called. I vaguely remember them costing $25 but don’t quote me on that. I have scoured the Internet looking for them and this is the closest thing I could find but these are definitely not the same thing as they are much too big but these are very close (especially with the face) to what they looked like! Does anyone remember these or know where to buy one today?

Hace dos días falleció mi madre, es algo muy impactante debido a que apenas tengo 22 (no considero que la haya disfrutado lo suficiente), sin embargo tengo una hermana de 17 y 14, el detalle es que mis padres son divorciados, vive en otra ciudad y dudo que pueda hacerse cargo de ellas. After many people giving me mixed feedback back about these disposables I decided I had to get one and try it my self.!! And after the three days I’m pretty happy the flavor was definitely there! No weird after taste not quite better than medizin .5 carts. but the high was great! And it lasted what felt like forever 2 puffs and I was perfect to go! With other carts it would usually take me 3-4 good puffs to really lock in but this was totally different one 6 second puff and this this was giving me great thick clouds with perfect flavor! Not Burt taste at all I was amazed at the cloud to flavor ratio it’s definitely unlike any other disposable I’ve had! But with All good things there is the bad but thankfully there is very few 1 is the oil tends to run a little fast it usually takes me 5+ days to get through a cart but with this disposable 3 days in I’m about half way through with is such a bummer! Dime does provide 2 gram tanks but unfortunately I can’t find any here in Nevada :( (2.) the pen has 3 heat settings but I still feel like the lowest heat color is still a bit hot because when I press the button you can actually hear the oil heating up but that definitely comes down to preference but like I mentioned I had NO BURNT FLAVOR AT ALL!

Hey everyone , so about 4 months ago I got a secured Moneyback plus credit card from HDFC , used that for 3 months , then because of low rewards I closed that credit card , withdrew the FD and put it in IDFC bank where I got their First WOW credit card , anyways I got a message today on the PayZapp app I forgot what exactly it said , then it opened the app and there was that HDFC UPI Biz credit card , I clicked on get this card , it was instantly approved and it said shared limit with moneyback plus credit card ( although the card has been closed for over a month now and it’s even reflected in my CIBIL as HDFC card closed my cibil went from 761-743) , anyways I have ₹44k limit on this card and it’s already activated , will this be considered as an unsecured credit card ? , should I inform my bank RM about this , I want to keep this UPI card ( cause I am 18 and although I do earn through freelancing and stuff , I have yet to file ITR , and the only thing I have is my CIBIL) the RuPay credit card that IDFC gives with WOW card is honestly shit for me cause I hardly transact over ₹2k over UPI to get those 3X reward points
