I got my first tattoo yesterday and all went well but when I got home and cleaned it while I was drying it I just fell out and woke up with a very concerned roomate standing over me, and now whenever I like touch it I start to feel faint even though it doesn’t hurt and has little irritation whatsoever, any help is appreciated because I really liked it and wanna get more work done in the future

I want to make it into special operations, and I know that fitness is important, along with many other factors. However, I am currently focusing on fitness. I am a senior in high school, and I wrestle. I also did cross-country before the season started. Usually, I wake up and head to school. For my first block, I have conditioning for wrestling, which consists of running 4 miles in under 30 minutes. Each week, we increase the distance by half a mile. After school, I have practice, which typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. During practice, I am constantly moving my body weight and another person’s body weight throughout the session.
