Wo füllt man das Blaulichtwasser auf? In welcher Schublade liegen die AV-Blöcke?? - Spaß beiseite. Es gibt natürlich keine dummen Fragen, aber manche behält man für sich, obwohl die Antwort die Arbeit so viel einfacher machen würde. Man ist schon länger in der Organisation tätig, sollte die Antwort eigentlich schon kennen und genau deshalb traut man sich nicht zu fragen. Das wollen wir ändern!
Da wir hier ja unter uns sind: Was sind eure (dummen) Fragen rund um die Tätigkeit in eurer Blaulichtorganisation, in andere Organisationen oder einfach generell?

2024.11.28 08:00 softinsolitude Downstairs neighbours complaining? Help!
Myself (F24) & my son (M3) have recently been relocated due to homelessness, five hours from where we originally lived so I am nowhere near any family or friends. The block (11 flats in total) I’ve been moved to houses many homeless families from my original area, including many children. Well, our downstairs neighbours consist of a Mum & Dad, and their teenage son (looks around 16), I suspect he’s the only one who speaks clear english as he’s the only one who’s come up so far. He has twice now come up at around 5pm, to ask me to get my son to quiet down with his banging as his Dad is “trying to sleep”, when all he was doing was walking around and playing with his cars. It’s an old building (pub converted into flats) and with it being a flat, sound travels but he’s only three, I can try my best but only do so much (mind you, I don’t allow him to run wild and he does get disciplined for any purposeful banging which is only the odd time when he tantrums). My only neighbour who lives next to me, also has a child who’s around one and a half, and walks. What else concerns me is at 1:30am I caught on my doorbell camera, the Mum from our downstairs neighbours coming up and listening in at her door, I assume because they heard thudding, my son sleeps the whole night and is in bed by 7pm, but I find this behaviour weird and unsettling, not to mention that the son who came up to speak to me, also mentioned his Dad has “mental issues”, I’ve crossed the Dad twice on the stairs, always been polite and never rude, as I’m not that kind of person and there was no bad looks or words exchanged. I informed my housing officer about them complaining the first time round, and he sides with the fact they have to understand he’s a little kid. Plus we were all relocated here due to homelessness, so really who can complain? We’ve all been given a home.
Does this behaviour seem odd to you? I feel it’s invasive on my neighbour, I haven’t informed her yet of the nightly visit as I don’t want to scare her, (I get along with her well) but I do plan on letting her know that I’m here if she needs anything and that the downstairs neighbours do seem sensitive to noise, incase they come complain to her about her child that she’s not alone. She’s been here longer than I so she might even have had precious experiences with them already.
Thing is, I’d be much more understanding if it was later in the evening, but as stated my son is in bed at 7pm, sleeps all night and isn’t allowed to run wild.
Not to mention, during the later evening, they bang incredibly loud themselves, slamming cupboards and doors, which I don’t complain about because… You know… It’s a flat, it’s expected. Especially in a place where we have so fortunately been housed from a bad situation.
I plan to inform my housing officer again of these situations & have saved all of my doorbell footage as proof. Any other ideas on what I can do? Or am I going the right direction with this already?

2024.11.28 08:00 JackTheDewrito Aren't the Bloodsuckers in STALKER 2 a prime example of terrible enemy design?
The bloodsuckers in this game are absolutely overpowered, they are: -Fast and agile, and can even turn invisible -A tough bullet sponge -Big damage dealers, basically a two-hit kill
And on top of that there isn't really a clear way or definitive formula to deal with them, its design in STALKER 2 seems to be purely based off of brute force.
Enemies like these are usually used as a way to punish the player, or at the very least, as lazy mini-bosses, which in turn would grant the player a reward for beating them. Sadly though, neither of those are the case with this game, in this case, the game seems to throw this enemy towards the player however it wants, sometimes even going as far as throwing FOUR at once, making the player drain their resources, emptying their ammo, health items and breaking their gear, which requires a lot of the in-game currency to fix in most cases.
This leads me to a question, what is the point of them in this game? they clearly aren't designed to be fun, so what's really their point? is it just a big design oversight? there are a handful of moments where this game makes me wonder if it was properly play-tested, but this one is the biggest of them all, whose idea was this?
With that said, i want to clarify that not everything is like that in this game, there's a lot of good stuff in it, and so far I've been loving it, the atmosphere is insane, the dialogue is quite unique, the story is engaging, and lots of other gameplay-related things i find cool.

Clearly the holiday sales are coming up and would like one of these as gift for my Dad whose using an old A40 he refuse to give up due to it being small and light and only the base s series fits the bill. From looking at the rough spec sheet, they all are basically the same with the exception of cpu. S22 seem to have poorer battery life, but if it's much cheaper then it might be worth the compromise
How different are their photo/video capability since the sensor size are very similar. The requirements aren't strict but will be nice to know
Also what's a fair price %wise to pay for the s22 and s23 compared to the s24 during this EoY24.

I just posted when i tried updating pokemon X it told me to update the game. The replies told me to update it through Hshop. I did that and now im in Pokemon X. I Reset the game and now whenever i try to boot up a new game this comes up. Mind you i used a physical copy of Pokemon X.
