Hi, I'm about to order a new Corolla and need advice on color selection. I live in a Middle Eastern country where it's hot year-round and we never get snow.
I'm trying to decide between regular white and metallic silver. I personally prefer metallic silver (both my previous cars were this color) because I think it looks better. However, people keep telling me that white is safer at night and easier to repair and color-match when needed.
I'm wondering: Is white really that much more visible at night? Is it significantly easier to repair?
Another concern people have raised is that silver paint ages poorly. However, despite parking my cars under the hot sun, I haven't noticed any issues with the paint. My previous silver car was exposed to intense heat for 8 years without problems.
I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences on this topic.

Hi fellow Puppet(eers)
o i am in the final level of my first playthrough, playing blind.
I have a question about the weight system, currently have a hard time to get below 60% weight.
Is it better to play as slightly heave below 80% weight with the stamina regen talisman or try to get below 60% with investing a few more levels in capacity and equipping the carrier talisman?
Currently have equipped holy sword + strongest def item.
After completing this playthrough ill go for platinum.
It seems to me that technique weapon pool seems to be better with more interesting and strong weapons, no? Cause i am strongly considering doing a new run after this and go with that to ng+ for platinum.
My playstyle is to primarly dodge and guard and then wack back. I find the perfect guard timings to be very unforgiving.
Anyway looking for some advice for the platinum run:)

I just finished watching S40 for the first time. I was just shocked at how well Sophie did at the coconut endurance run on extinction. She even almost beat Natalie who is a beast for the first place. Sophie doesn't look particularly fit to me and from her gameplay both seasons, I only ever saw her as a brain but not a brawn. Really surprised me.

She’s a hard-rap rapper, period.
A pop-rap rapper blends pop elements into their music (like Doja Cat does so well, or old Nicki when she actually put passion into her work—think Starships).
Sure, Megan might do some rap-infused pop songs sometimes (Cognac Queen, Big Drank, Good At, Bestfriends), but her overall style is definitely hard rap. She’s basically delivering strong flows over very powerful beats.
Some hotties complain about her cadence or the lack of variety in her beats. If you don’t like how she sounds and you prefer more toned, melodic songs, maybe she isn’t the rapper for you and you need to listen to something else🤷🏽‍♀️.

2024.11.28 09:40 Zaphoidx Slack Huddle window and audio issues (Linux)

I have two issues that I'm hoping people have at least experienced before or, better still, have a solution for. Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask for help, I'm happy to move this to the right forum.
The first issue I was experiencing is very similar to this thread where Huddles don't seem to release the audio channels. It's pretty invisible to see at the time but becomes extremely obvious when you try to join another Huddle and it just won't connect (because it's not not able to get access to the audio channel).
Unfortunately, I don't have any logs for this as I'm usually in an urgent rush to get on the Huddle when Slack isn't playing ball - this problem appears to sort itself after a full PC restart. I think I tried simply logging out and back in, but that didn't fix it (although I'm not 100% on that).
The other issue I'm having, which seemingly appeared out of no where, is that the window for Huddles just doesn't seem to open when I join it. I've reinstalled Slack, both from the Ubuntu App store and directly using the .deb file from the Slack website and the issue still persists.
Interestingly, when I run Slack in the browser (which, really, I don't want to) I don't get that problem so I'm using that as a temporary work around to be able to chat on Slack. I found a way to dump some logs from Slack and had a look through those, but I couldn't see anything standing out to me about errors when spawning a window etc.
Not a load of information to go on, but this is more of a shot in the dark as to whether others have seen this problem before!

Heya folks.
Posting it here though not build-related since there's gotta be a lot of optimizers here :-)
TLDR: I need suggestions on what mods to use and how to best setup a VERY HARD game of BG3.
So, a bit of background. I have sunk a lot of hours into BG3, mostly focusing on challenges (like doing the full tutorial bossfight with only Tav and Laezel). Its been a while since I have had the urge to play, but it is beginning to reappear.
My last run I did was a "can't take damage, 1 rest per act, solo, Honor Mode run" (stopped/paused after completing act 1), and though i liked the challenge it could get a bit samey due to only using one character, and some pretty restrictive rules.
So for my next game I would really like to use a full party of 4. Problem is that that would make the core game WAY to easy. Rather than making all sorts of stipulations I would like to know if there is a good mod (or a combination of mods more likely) that could help me set up a very hard game by tweaking enemies somehow.
I have looked around and some of the often suggested mods (death march, tactician+, etc) seem promising. But some seem to be discontinued or unfinished, while other seem to mostly tweak the pure numerical stuff like HP/AC etc. I am pretty certain HP would need some tweaking, but I would much prefer a more all-encompassing difficulty upgrade (extra abilities, maybe more mobs, some resistances here and there, etc). Combat extender looks like it could be a place to start, but in that case I would still love suggestions on how to set it up.
I am hoping to be able to play with the honor mode ruleset (No damage rider shenanigans!!, bosses have legendary actions, etc) but without the single save restriction. I am hoping for this to be hard enough that fights could require multiple takes to succeed.
So please don't hold back.
I know its a big ask, but hopefully there's a champ or two out there with some amazing suggestions.
