What recovery key? What is the random seed file? I'm absolutely lost with this one.

Hey people, need some advice. I dont even know if theres anything i can do besides accept that my phone wont open all the way anymore... but I def think the Samsung techs messed up my phone. here's what happened
Yesterday, I took my phone to my local Samsung store to get the screen protector replaced. It was peeling pretty bad. This was my second screen protector replacement. I got the first one done at this same location like a year ago and had zero issues. I went in, dropped my phone off, they told me to come back in an hour or so, just like last time.
Well, when I got back to pick up my phone, they went to the back to get it, and when they handed it to me, the phone was SUPER HOT! Like, there were pop-ups coming up saying that some of the background apps had to force shut down because the phone was overheated. And I was like "yo, why is my phone so hot?" They told me that they just took my phone off of the hot plate that they used in the screen protector replacement process. It took a good few minutes to cool down all the way.
I opened up my phone and it didn't take more than half a second to see or feel that my phone wasn't opening flat anymore. Like, it was very obvious visually and physically. And I use this phone literally all the time, and it both looked and felt different in my hand cuz its not opening up flat. So I asked the guy at the store. I was like "hey my phone isn't opening up flat anymore, what happened?" (This wasn't even a full minute or two past when I got the phone back from them) and he said he was gonna go ask the technicians in the back. He took my phone and went to the back. A couple minutes later, he comes back saying that there was some adhesive strip on the hinge that was there when I bought the phone (two years ago??) that never got removed and it melted and got glue in the hinge (yet that didn't happen the first time I got the screen protector replaced???) And there was this big glob of adhesive in the hinge that he peeled off. He said that it should "settle" and open all the way after a couple hours.
Well, the store was in a mall, so I walked around for a while cuz I didn't wanna go home and then have to come back if it didn't "settle". And of course, after a while passed, my phone still wasn't opening flat, so I went back to the Samsung store. I spoke to a different guy, told him what happened, and he said he would go ask the technicians. This time, he comes back and the technicians are now saying that my phone was already like that and wasn't opening all the way flat when I brought it in??? That maybe I just didn't notice cuz i had the phone in a case????????
So of course I'm upset cuz I know that wasn't the case. And I started thinking about how my phone was literally overheating when they originally gave it back to me, and about that huge glob of adhesive that was on the hinge after i got it back, etc. I asked him how long my phone was left on the hot plate. He said he wouldn't know cuz he didnt work on it. I asked him to check with the technicians cuz I needed to know. He went back to ask and they told him 5 to 7 minutes, which is "standard procedure". (Except my phone wasn't literally burning up the last time I got this done)
It can't be standard procedure to literally overheat a phone, right? Literally a 3 second google search said that you shouldn't even hold a blow dryer to a phone for more than 30 seconds at a time, and you're telling me it's "standard procedure" to leave a phone on a HOT PLATE for MINUTES?????? Nah, I ain't buying that.
I don't know the inner machinations of this phone or how it's assembled, but to me, it looks like they messed up my phone and they need to fix it. If anyone here knows how these phones are put together, what are your thoughts? Do I have a case to get them to fix this or maybe even reimburse me if it's not fixable?

I just can't find the motivation to go to school, clean up, work, or do anything really. I've never been taught how to motivate myself or have discipline, so I'm just stuck wanting to chill in bed all day, maybe hang out with friends sometimes and be a bit self-destructive. I'm completely out of energy for everything. With how things are msmzgoing, uni seems like a pipe dream, getting a decent job feels out of reach, and nothing in my life’s gonna change. And even though I desperately want things to change, I also just don’t care anymore. Trying to explain why I’m slacking off to people at work and school sucks, just another reason to skip on going. The only reason I even go to work is for money to do random stuff. Maybe I’m depressed or super lazy? I’m not insecure or anything and I'm pretty outgoing, just can't seem to muster up the energy to do what I know needs to be done. Even though I realize no one’s gonna come and save me.

This is my first time of this subreddit so hello!
I was an environmental services employee and recently finished my two weeks last Friday. I’m probably worrying over nothing and this will all fix itself but I received my last direct deposit and it’s a good few hundred short. At least $300 dollars at least. I was sent a letter in the mail explaining what to expect after my last day (turning in my badge, uniforms, keys, etc..) but I can’t remember anything about my last paycheck. I have plenty of PTO to be cashed out along with eight hours that had to be added from my previous paycheck due to an error. My direct deposit hit at 1 am and said I was paid $950.53… that’s it. I can’t access the employee portal to see my paystub since I was kicked off once my badge deactivated. My new job doesn’t start for another three-ish weeks (they changed the start date from December 2 to December 16) and I’m just freaking out wondering what happened?
I may just be anxious over nothing and it’ll fix itself Friday morning but I can’t stop worrying that something was screwed up.
