My puppy Winnie is still pooping and peeing in the house, she will pee outside and has been having less accidents in the house but is still pooping in the house. She will poop outside occasionally for a few days and then itâs right back to only peeing inside and itâs like she waits to come back inside to poop, we always clean up after her and use an oder killer but I feel like a failure. I donât know what to do anymore.

2024.11.28 11:03 Lemoneh First Client Ghosted, Hasn't Paid
Looking for input on this. Was doing script work.
Was really excited with this client, charged half my typical rate at my prior 9-5 but he ended up ghosting after 15-16 hours of work completed. He has 4.9 rating out of 5 stars on some 80 jobs as a client.
There was much back-and-forth and I was told this was typical of initial drafts for his particular industry.
Since completing his second script (He initially said he'd be looking for 8 this month in a perfect world), he has not responded to any of my Slack messages, nor has he approved my (manually logged) hours. It has been about 3 days whereas prior to this he'd respond within an hour, often faster.
I can only surmise he ultimately wasn't happy with the quality of work in spite of my following all of his directions but his lack of communication is unacceptable.
Moving forward, I'm not sure how to handle this.
I can only imagine EVEN IF I were able to get him to pay, he'd leave a negative review. And having your first review negative I feel would be damning.
Would I be better off starting a new upwork account? I have 414 connects left still on this acc and a bunch of other client proposals up.

I have the opportunity to buy a well looked after Chimaera that has been a beloved daily driver for an acquaintance of mine since 2018. Outriggers solid, recently replaced clutch, whole folder of other work they've had done on it. Only current problems are aesthetic. But it's at >120,000 miles and that makes me nervous...
My heart says yes (have wanted one since I was a wee lass, and this one is my favourite colour, too) but as the title says, am I crazy?

Hi!
So Iâm a relatively experienced driver (7 years) abroad. I took a lot of lessons here and failed my test back in May for âIncorrect judgment in a meeting situationâ. Mind you, I could see there was a spot up front I could go into and traffic was in my direction; I didnât cause anyone to wait for me nor did they have difficulty going through. I failed though because I shouldâve pulled in an earlier spot.
I have my next test soon, and my new instructor told me that I should drive like a Learner. He says to forget anything about being experienced and drive like a beginner so I donât do something that people would normally do on the road but would fail them on a test. I just donât know how to do that. Itâs hard to do certain things, like physically moving my head to show them Iâm looking at my mirrors, because Iâm so used to it I just normally move my eyes and glance quickly. Or waiting for more clearance when I know my car will fit in the gap. Iâve only had one lesson with this guy and heâs willing to give me the car for the test, so I guess thatâs a good sign.
Any tips to âbe a learnerâ?
