Hi there i am looking to buy a new case that looks good, is easy to clean and futureproof, after some research i have my eye on the NZXT h6 flow for 100 euros. I struggle with the fact that its bigger than my old case and because of that i doubt if i have enough airflow room. The back will only have about 50 to 60mm clearance(2 inch), that should be enough for the cables but not much for air maybe. The front will be pointing at a wall with a 130mm gap(5inch), the top is all clear.
Hardware: atx motherboard(asus prime z590-a), Intel core 11400f, nvidia geforce RTX 3060.
To summarize, do i have enough room for this case or should i go with something else. And do you guys have advice for good silent fans, i don't need anything fancy just the best performance for my money.

I've tried really hard. maybe too hard. I always try too hard. then people tell me "don't be too hard on yourself".
I've read a few things about self-love. telling yourself that you love yourself. staring in the mirror until you feel it down there. taking a shower.
but I can't tell why these things don't seem to work out?
maybe I'm just blind to the progress? my body image has improved a lot.
What have you tried so far? Has it worked? Any serious lifestyle changes you found important, or maybe just some small things? I find relaxation to be useful, but then it's only temporarily.

But I'm debating getting an actual PC again, or at the very least a touch screen monitor that I can hook up to the mini laptop and have some fun with.
