im 12 months into my apprenticeship and so far im enjoying the work im doing, all be it a lot but that’s just apprenticeships. i’m the only one on my team and there’s no one ive ever shadowed (this is their first marketing position). i do have my boss’s support, who is also the creative director, but im in charge of everything marketing.
alone, i run 3 client’s social accounts and our own, along with our marketing efforts. my boss is putting pressure on me to keep up with work and that i could potentially lose the accounts if i don’t improve performance and “affect the cashflow” of the business. we’re a small team of about 5, but is this fair??
i’ve mentioned hiring another person, but he said they can’t afford it and “im not ready to manage someone else”.

I have an active cash assistance and SNAP case in NYC. HRA also issues check to landlord twice a month for rental assistance. I moved recently and submitted a case change and supporting documents in late October. It is still not processed and the old landlord is still getting checks. How long will it take for the change to go through and for the me landlord to get checks? Will the effective date be the date I submitted the application -meaning will they issue checks to new landlord going back a months and will old landlord have to repay money if he’s still cashing the checks he’s been getting?

Hi. I need suggestions and advices. I have cracked the first round of interviews for a company and I have been called for an in-person interview tomorrow. I know I will crack it easily. I am in my final year of b. tech (CSE) and i have 2 years of internship experience in my field (AI). However, off-campus isn't getting me anywhere and being from a tier 3 college, on-campus isn't good too. (This current offer is on-campus though). The position is in Business Dev and I will get >20k per month during first 6 months (hired as intern) and onwards, 45k+ per month (performance based).
I have 2 insecurities, if I may call it.. 1. It's not my field, for which I paid the fees to my college. 2. Whatever amount I will be getting PER ANNUM, is less than my family's income per month.
The offers my college gets for jobs in my field are lower than this (2.5 to 4.5 lpa, with many restrictions and no other benefits as compared to what this company might offer.)
So, do I, or do I not, take up the offer??

I’m studying just abroad, which unfortunately means I only get to go home 2 weekends a month to ride my horse. The rest of the time he is being taken care of by my co-riders, one has been riding him for 4 years now, and the other just started. The new one is a 14 y/o boy who is very passionate about horses and has taken care of my horse for a year(all paid) before starting to ride him, which told me he might be a good fit as he already knows my horse well. He is still a beginner with riding, and as my other co-rider and me had some issues because of her riding level and her wanting too much out of him I wanted to start off slowly. He’s been riding on him for a few months now, taking lessons and he’s advancing very fast! Now he wanted to start jumping in his lessons, only small jumps (~30-40 cm) and nothing crazy since it’s still mostly dressage.
I told him I wanted to wait until I was back in town so I could try a jump with him together and see how it would go, and after that message I sent him ‘and if it goes well enough, you can totally jump in your lesson:)’ Just now I got an excited message from him and a video about his first jump in the lesson. It went well, but I thought I had been pretty clear that I wanted to be there to assess his riding first before clearing him to go jumping. Was it a miscommunication? How do I approach this with him?

I want to ask... How do you stop feeling so negative?
Every now and then, I get into a negative spiral. I probably spend too much time on Reddit and read about people who have a lot more exciting lives than me with respect to dating and relationships.
Don't get me wrong. I'm taking care of myself. I work out and eat well. I socialise and get involved with activities and hobbies. And for the most part that's fine and I'm alright.
But every so often, I get feelings of loneliness and lack of self-worth.
How do you pull yourself out of it? And I'm asking as someone that wants to be in a happy fulfilling relationship and doesn't want to be single. But not to the point of being in any relationship for the sake of it
