I have acne and insulin resistance/apple shape bc of my pcos, which is why I decided to start spironolactone. I also have panic disordeagoraphobia and pme. I am in my luteal phase right now, so that may be contributing to my symptoms. A few days after starting 25mg spironolactone, I started feeling lighter, almost dizzy, and a little bit spaced out. It could be my luteal phase, but I was under the impression I was controlling my pme well with zinc supplements. My blood pressure was totally normal before and still is in the normal range. Could this be a spironolactone thing? Does it go away/adjust, or should I ask my doctor to take me off spironolactone? I've only been on it for a week.

Hi There :-)
I am currently working on replacing the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App which was originally installed on our clients from the Microsoft Store with a RUM-enabled version from the Adobe Admin Portal.
The aim of the exercise is to be able to force the updates of the individual Adobe products, as experience has shown that users are slow to do this on their own.
My question now is whether it is enough if I replace the Creative Cloud App from the Microsoft Store with the Creative Cloud App from the Admin Portal, or whether I or the users then also have to reinstall all Adobe products so that this also works with the updates.
Another question would be how I can best control the update checks via Intune afterwards. Unfortunately, I can't use remediation scripts here for licensing reasons, so I'm toying with the idea of creating a corresponding scheduled task on the clients.

Hi there
I’ve been adopted by Germans when I was a baby. I’m currently holding a German and, because of my father, another European citizenship, but would like to renew my Thai passport, as my husband and me would like to move to Thailand in a few years. I’m willing to waive one of my European citizenships as well.
I am still having my Thai passport from when I was a child, where my adoption and new name is noted, too.
Unfortunately both my (adoptive) parents died a few years ago and due to other circumstances I do not have any records from my adoption.
We will be in Thailand in December and January - what do I have to do / where do I have to go to get my old passport renewed?

I recently visited a Machu Picchu exhibit and admired the pottery and artifacts, especially a Moche sculpture of Ai Apaec as corn. I'm interested in incorporating similar motifs into my art while respecting their cultural origins. If I create a sticker or print and post it online, is that okay? I’m confused, as I see people selling Inca-inspired art or patterns online, including designs from other cultures like Japanese or Chinese. How can I draw the line between cultural appreciation and appropriation?

2024.11.28 11:30 TartJaded1248 Rough sleep and feel like someone in my room ever since I turned to Christ.

I have been ignoring this for a while now. Like I'll be half asleep and randomly wake up look around my room with the flash on cos I just don't feel safe so I scan the room because I always have this feeling somethings in the room.
This never used to happen :/ I saw this video on how the enemy attacks us while we are sleep and I notice I get temptations that I didn't use to have before. I never get tempted in the mornings which is weird.
What do you guys suggest? how do I protect myself while asleep because this is really getting to me now..
Sometimes I wake up and in my head I imagine someone looking over me or standing next to me and sometimes I wake up and its pitch black and I just see like a random image of a creepy entity but its really faint and it blends in with the dark. I usually see this when I lay on my back and I see it on the ceiling.
What do I do :(
