2024.11.28 11:40 mooshy12 Garmin Recording of my IM corrupt, any ideas?
Hey guys!
Did an Ironman Sunday and I can't get the data from my watch to my Garmin Connect. I first tried syncing normally a bunch of times, restarting the watch and phone, and impairing/repairing the phone. None of that worked so o plugged it into my Chromebook and tried to import manually. Doing that, it keeps saying there's an error uploading and to try again. I tried Gotoes.com to repair the file and when I do that the data is all jacked up. Power way high, not differentiating between run swim and cycle. All sorts of problems. Does anyone have knowledge on how I might be able to correct this? Definitely frustrating. I'm using a Fenix8 and an iPhone 14 Pro. Garmin rally pedals and the HRM Pro. My cycling computer uploaded that data no problem.

I don’t understand what the “therapy indications” mean (image 3) - guess I’ll find out more when I meet my doctor, but they did recommend in the email to not get a Covid booster vaccine for now.. It’s the first thing in all the tests I’ve done that gives an indication as to why I might be feeling like this so guess that’s a win! Hi,
I automate loads of tasks using PowerShell. Some easier tasks could be easy delegated to internal IT members. I use mainly Graph cmdlets.
My idea is to create a (Web?) App with GUI which would have Graph cmdlets underneath. Ideally if it would have single sign on (let's say that I want to check user properties using Get-MgUser).
Where do I start? What would be the easiest approach? Which Azure service would you recommend?

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Back in October I [M24] started getting a mild sore throat in the mornings for about a week and thought nothing of it until Sunday, Oct. 27 when it didn't go away. Then it turned into a full upper respiratory thing where I was coughing and sneezing and had a runny nose. That Thursday, I went into express care and they said it was a common cold, but put me on some antibiotics just in case it was bacterial. My symptoms heavily decreased that Friday and I was able to go into work. By Sunday or Monday, they were almost completely gone. After the symptoms were gone, I continued to take the antibiotics as instructed until the bottle was empty.
Now I'm sick again. I woke up Sunday, Nov. 24 with a sore throat and thought nothing of it since that happens sometimes. It went away over the course of the day. I don't remember if it happened on Monday or Tuesday, but I did start to get a sore throat later on in the day. The sore throat persisted through Wednesday, when I woke up with a sore throat and runny nose that stopped the second I got up and moving, and this morning. This morning there's just a small amount of congestion accompanying the sore throat.
My question is, have I just been unlucky enough to get the common cold twice in 30 days or is it possible I have a recurring bacterial infection. I have my tonsils out if that informs the diagnosis in any way.

For a few months now I (24, male) have had a toothache which only occurs when laughing. Smiling does not trigger it, but laughing does. It happens roughly 5 seconds after laughing, and has lasted anywhere from 10 seconds to multiple munites. I've tried searching online, but was unable to find anything similar. I've tried multiple numbing creams, which do seem to help a little, but I can still feel the pain slightly after using them. Would love some help.

Never thought that I would feel this way about my partner but I think I may be ready to move on. I’ve been taking my time with pondering this to be honest because I don’t want to make a mistake in losing someone I feel I care for. It’s just that lately I’ve been questioning whether or not that care I having for him is platonic or romantic.
The truth is that on and off I’ve been thinking about wanting to look at other people. I thought about maybe something like an open relationship but that isn’t fair to him and honestly I’ve only really wanted monogamy. All of these thoughts kinda skyrocketed after I went on Grindr over the summer. I never did anything with anyone but I definitely betrayed our relationship and it made me start realizing this is something that’s real for me.
When me and my partner first started dating I was really lonely and so was he. We helped each other through those times and there’s a lot that we’ve experienced and learned together. But also a component that I’ve ignored that most likely plays a role is that from meeting him the first time he wasn’t my type. My partner isn’t ugly and I would never want him to change for me but it’s just the truth. More than anything I hoped that overtime looks would be something that I wouldn’t pay attention to. But no matter how or if we end I know that I have love for my boyfriend. However, things just aren’t hitting for me the way I want them to. It’s not just sex anymore (which our sex life has always been questionable in my viewpoint) but just the little things. Saying I love you feels awkward and I hate that but I can’t ignore it anymore. On top of that kissing is something that is passionless on my end. I miss feeling a spark like something along the lines of “feeling butterflies.”
For many reasons it’s hard to see an end of us but a part of me strongly wants to mingle around. I don’t even necessarily want to settle down but to just feel an intense connection again. The concept of our breakup just fucks with me a little because we are still both reliant on each other financially as well. I don’t want to hurt him and I don’t want to lose him either but I’m not all that sure what to do.
