Hi everyone,
I am a highly skilled migrant, and the company I am working for is at risk of having redundancies soon.
I understand that once you are laid off or fired, a highly skilled migrant has the right to continue residing in the Netherlands for 3 months to seek a new job. However, if the new job does not start within these 3 months, you will lose the right to reside in the Netherlands.
Question: For the purpose of the continuous residency requirement, is the 3-month period used to look for a new job considered a break in the residency count?
I am asking because I want to apply for permanent residency soon (5 years of continuous residency), and I am concerned that while I have 3 months to find a new job after being laid off, these 3 months might be considered a break in the residency count.
Note: I emailed IND about this but they are giving me unclear answers so hoping to get from your experience.

2006 Prado Leak
Not sure where else to go as I’ve been looking for ages and cannot find out where this leak is coming from and it’s sending me insane.
I have a Toyota Prado 2006 Grande V6 petrol and for the last 3 months every time there is heavy rain my passenger side floor gets absolutely soaked, no water on the seat or anywhere else noticeable and I cannot seem to find where it is coming from. I don’t have any idea where to look, doesn’t seem to have a Leak in the door.
If you have any ideas could you let me know how to fix it as it’s coming into the wet season, or if you know of anywhere on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia that could service this and fix it let me know.

Hi guys,
I'm upgrading my system:
From: Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 2060 Super 16Gb RAM
To: Ryzen 5 5950X RTX 4070 Super 32Gb RAM
Due to the mini-ITX build I have, and AM4 Mono, this was the best I could do for cost.
Now, I know my computers so understand what the huge jump in GPU and RAM will do for me, and when looking at the CPU upgrade, there should be a buff in performance too, I'm just wondering how much. I do know that with these specs, the CPU will be the bottleneck. Even with its large number of cores and threads.
Like the idiot I am, it's already been purchased - there's a slight possibility I could return it, though I'd prefer not to go that route unless necessary.
My question is this; will the CPU upgrade make a noticeable difference to my gaming experience? I also create my own music and have several large music production files on the go, will this see a boost in performance too?
