I’m with my wife and 1 year old kid are visiting Kuala Lumpur for 3 nights and 4 days next month by second week. We’re travelling from india. Can anyone suggest me a good hotel to stay safe? Also it will be great if I get some suggestions over activities. Does taking a package worth for travelling to Genting Highlands? It’s my wifes and kids first time outside india though.

I believe that people with trauma can heal but never reverse their past. But they can use that to shield the truly great in Humanity from danger. Though, it's extremely hard mostly since society considers them outcasts and damaged goods. So I believe that the best course of action is to become a beacon of hope, not just waiting for it to come. I understand if this triggers people, I just wanted to share my opinion.

I need advice from someone who doesnt struggle with ocd
I don't have it diagnosed but its more easy to just say ocd instead of explaining it super well. I struggle alot with being clean and the thought of sex feels so dirty to me. I feel like I would have to clean not only myself, but the bed and my room after havinf sex. What do someone without these thoughts do after sex? Do you shower? Do you change the sheets? Can you just put on clothes and get on with your day like normal? Is it important for you to wash ur hands after?
