So I’m currently working as an AP. It’s my first AP job, but previously I worked as a psychotherapist, so I have quite a lot of clinical experience. I got offered 2 jobs. One of them is a RA post with the same patient group I’m currently working with, the other one is AP post with a different client group. I don’t have much research experience, so the RA post appeals to me quite a bit, but I’m wondering to what extent it would be a good choice? Thank you

I had an unexpected lunch date with a new acquaintance after I made a post to FB about NHI. She is listens to Greer, I guess he even has an app that costs $10 a month? All that feels like a grift. He puts out a lot of content which makes me wonder even more. I just am having a hard time developing any solid feelings of trust for anyone around this subject.
I really want to trust Grusch mostly because he seems to be the one not trying to put himself on every podcast out there (at least not yet).
Some of the religiosity around this makes me want to run screaming from the room. If this ends up being something like "Jesus was an alien" I'm going to be pissed 🤣
Maybe it's all a grift and a distraction? That's kinda where being hyperfixated on this for a month has gotten me. Burned out on the subject and trusting no one. Lol!
Who do you think are the most credible?

It seems like a potential time to go long while prices are discounted, then sell to close when the next crossover signal (probably around inauguration) hits. I was thinking about upgrading my old TV to a 55 inch 4k tv.
TCL seems to be the brand I should go for given my budget.
I am living in Germany so the models might vary from those in the US, right now I am trying to decide whether to take the TCL 55QM8B for 550,- € or the TCL 55T7B for 350,- €.
The more expensive one got 144 Hz (which won't be of any use since I only play on a ps4 and switch i guess?) and so called MiniLEDs, those two things seem to be the only significant differences.
But are those really worth the extra costs? Does someone have a MiniLED TV and can tell me if it is worth it?

2024.11.28 13:32 TitsMcGeeOnHoliday New main water line and old copper fittings - cause for concern?
I’m going to replace 75 feet of 1954 galvanized pipe with a new main water line. Obviously with 70 year old galvanized pipe my current water pressure is low - like 42 psi low. It’s my understanding that average psi for a home is 60.
I’m concerned when the new water line is installed that the copper fittings and pipes under the house that have been used to 42 psi for so long are going to fail with this newfound 60 psi water pressure.
Is my concern valid?
I’m not a plumber and my plumber says I shouldn’t be worried but I still want to know if my thinking is makes sense/is valid or if I’m way off par.
