Question Telekinesis. When using the "maintaining the grip on a creature" do you still need to see them?
Reason for Question: The spell definitively says when you can cast the spell on a creature/object you can see (general?) but under the Creature section the last line says you can maintain your grip on the creature but nothing about having to still see them (specific?).
Spell Text: You gain the ability to move or manipulate creatures or objects by thought. When you cast the spell, and as your action each round for the duration, you can exert your will on one creature or object that you can see within range, causing the appropriate effect below. You can affect the same target round after round, or choose a new one at any time. If you switch targets, the prior target is no longer affected by the spell.
Creature. You can try to move a Huge or smaller creature. Make an ability check with your spellcasting ability contested by the creature's Strength check. If you win the contest, you move the creature up to 30 feet in any direction, including upward but not beyond the range of this spell. Until the end of your next turn, the creature is restrained in your telekinetic grip. A creature lifted upward is suspended in mid-air.
On subsequent rounds, you can use your action to attempt to maintain your telekinetic grip on the creature by repeating the contest.

2024.11.28 15:30 SnooCakes6118 After getting us to work our backs off all summer to "reach the sales target" and announcing that we are gettting our bonuses this year, my workplaces took back our bonus. Is that legal?
They overworked us all summer and part of fall but when the fiscal year ended in september, we all got a message that we are getting this year's bonus cause our store has performed so well. Today they're telling us they're keeping that.
Are they allowed to do that?

 | I finished our first ever 2000 piece today. My wife usually helps more than she did on this one- she had other things going on. But we still did it together over the last 2 1/2 weeks. Charles Wysocki is my favorite. This buffalo games puzzle was terrific. We’ll probably do it each fall. That said, I doubt we’ll be doing other 2k’s. Hello, we are about to adopt a 7 month old shihpoo, we are choosing between a shihpoo that looks more like a toy poodle and a shihpoo that looks more like a shih tzu, they are both adorable but I'm leaning more towards the toy poodle-looking one.
My question is, as they grow older, would they loose the toy poodle-look or the body form is already set at 7 months old?

Dzisiaj byłem na pierwszej wizycie u psychologa/seksuologa. Jak poznać czy poszło dobrze? Super się stresuję i boję się, że zawaliłem sprawę totalnie. Nie umiałem powiedzieć dużo o swojej dysforii, bo nie jest wcale tak zła i udało mi się żyć jako kobieta prez długi czas, bo wyglądam super feminine, mam duży biust i no nie sposób tego ukryć. Teraz dopiero na studiach mam pieniądze i odwagę ogarnąć wszystko. Nie jestem trans facetem, ale niebinarną osobą, która bardzo chce ciało faceta mieć. Dalej lubię femme rzeczy jak sukienki, ale starałem się nie mówić o niczym takim podczas spotkania. Trzeba było jednak powiedzieć o tym że mam problemy psychiczne (autyzm, zaburzenia lękowa i depresja). Mam kolejną wizytę na za trzy tygodnie. Strasznie się boję że tylko wydam tysiące na wizyty i ostatecznie gó#no z tego wyjdzie.
