 | So I had ordered a apple adaptor on 5th of November and I received it on 7th November this was the condition I received it in. I thought amazon return policy will solve my issue and I issued a return. So first time the return gut came but refused saying this is a damaged product first you should talk to customer care. So I talked to them and then they arranged another pickup. That day I was not at home but my mother was don't know what reason he gave her but again refused. Then again I called this time they said refund will be directly credited to your account by 16th November. It did not happen so I called them on 18th they said we have raised a investigation you would get a call on 21st. I didn't recieve any call So I called on 23rd and they said sorry no investigation was raised but this time confirm we will raise and they sent a mail regarding the same and they said it will be resolved on 28th so I called them today they are saying investigation report is negative they can't do anything now and are hanging up my calls while I am talking. So pls suggest me what can I do now.
