So I haven't been binging for 19 days or so now. When I had my first streak of about 38 days I lost 4 kg. The last 19 days I haven't lost a single gram. What's going on? Is it just on halt, or am I eating too much, even if I think I am eating okay (three meals a day + a snack or two)? Should I move more? I have been meaning to take up biking again.

During my education I did online internship for Gurgaon based company my team was good chill supportive and I absolutely enjoyed that. After I completed my education I started looking for job and I got a job which they gave me 2 options either Bangalore or Gurgaon and I chose Bangalore because it is near to my hometown as compare to Gurgaon and now here in BLR it's been a month I couldn't make friends mainly due to language barrier so it's difficult to get along in the office itself toh bahar ki kya batau if I had chosen Gurgaon things would have been different and I over think about this a lot.

How about a low-key,low drama, low stakes spin off featuring all the characters not currently being used on the main show. Cosy, old-school vibe with warmth and wit. Then occasioanlly cross over on to the main show but generally separate. Surely there is the audience for something like that if the members on here are anything to go buy and are representative of Corrie fans?

For my upcoming trip, I'm having trouble choosing between the Shirakawago Winter Light Up Festival and Kayabuki no Sato Snow Lantern Festival in Miyama Village. Shirakawago looks absolutely amazing (as does Takayama, the closest city), but it's quite far out of the way (will realistically take at least two days and an extra 8 hours of travel). Alternatively, Miyama is only an hour or so from Kyoto, which I'm already planning to visit, but it's more low key.
My trip is already looking pretty busy. If I end up going to Shirakawago, it would be 4 days Tokyo, 4 Sapporo, 2 Takayama/Shirakawago, 4 Kyoto, 2 Nara (for the Yamayaki festival) and 3 for Osaka. And yes, I know there are other things I can change there (e.g. skipping Sapporo, only doing a day trip to Nara), and you're welcome to tell me what you think - but my main focus is on these two events at the moment.
So what do you think? Shirakawago or Miyama? Both? Neither?
